Very disappointed with my experience. I have to drive 30 miles to even get this ice cream. Ordered my ice cream and she started... making it with the wrong flavor. I corrected her and thought she put the right one in it. Turns out it was not the right one.Last time I came they didn't have chocolate peanut butter. This establishment and honestly, all Dunkin franchises in the city, need to be closed. All ran by the same type of people who do... not train their employees, does not care about their food quality, and have terrible attitudes. Asked what ice cream wasavailable and this man rambled off the ice cream flavors faster than I've ever heard a normal person speak expecting me tounderstand. I just settled for the one flavor I could make out and was met with literally THE tiniest one scoop of ice creamI've ever seen. And for 3$? Train your employees to have some competency in their job or don't own an establishment in general. Read more
It sucked! Their attitude,, the sign stated they where open till 10:00 p.m. we got there 9:10 p.m.. We got are coffee and muffin... set at a table. Then we where told were close need to leave. Add the muffins where very dry and we trashed then. I won't beback. Read more
More so the Dunkin donuts side but hey Google says it's Baskin so let's go with it. This location is always friendly and... helpful. They smile and greet you and are quick to have your order ready. Very refreshing to have quick service like this. Storeis easily accessible with plenty of parking. I wish they had more seating inside as it sometimes is very crowded. Read more
This is a tough one because of all the negative reviews on Yelp about special birthday orders. In this instance it went our way.... If asked what your mothers favorite flavor of Cake, Ice Cream, Cookie, or meal, could you match her answers exactly? I couldn't.This brought out a questionnaire for my mom, and a quest to find Chocolate chunk cookies combined with mint chocolate chip icecream. You would be surprised how many of our favorite local ice cream places just open a box and take out these products madeat a co-packer. BR came through with custom made orders. The item was made correctly as ordered. Here's where it went a littlesideways. I think there might have been a slight language communication barrier. Nice owners, but she thought I said 10, not 7.Then she was not happy with the employee she tasked to do the job. She had double scooped the ice cream. Way to much. The ownerwas very happy with the order, and gave me everything for the price of 7. She said they do not have a veterans discount as notedon my order, but invited me back the next day(Veterans Day) for complimentary coffee & donut. It worked out for me, and my momwas pleased. Place an online order for an Ice Cream football cake and was promised a complete time of 3pm (order place 3days in advance) cake... was not ready until 5pm and was also advised that I could pick it up and hour earlier than promised time. Also tried the new $2snacks and the pretzel bites were hard as though they were heated up several times in the microwave and provided w/honey mustardfor dipping sauce(????). Staff was not too pleasant. Also the "Baskin-Robbin" is located inside the Dunkin Donuts so technicallyit should be called Dunkin Donuts. Read more
Arrived with a coupon I got for donating blood. Handed it to the man at the counter who glanced at in passing and immediately... said it was only good in California (the coupon says its good for 12 oz if used in California or another state that uses weight)when I pointed out that was not true he just said that it was not any good in Ohio. I got the coupon here in Ohio and it is infact good here. The man was extremely rude and just blew me off. I recommend avoiding this place. the staff are extremely rude. Read more
2 times in a row got a chewy stale sugar cone. Done with this location, too many other good options around here.
