After getting seated we waited for 25 minutes for a waiter to take our order. We then waited another 40 minutes for our food to... show up cold. Had four different people wait in us, all who had to be waived down to get thier attention. Used to love goingto Bob Evans. Sadly the service and food is suffering. Won't be back to this location. We had originally visited the New Albany location, waited 10 minutes to be sat, and then waited another 10 minutes before... getting up and leaving without being greeted at the table. We tried out this location (Hamilton Road) for dinner instead andreceived much better service! The manager, Joann, was the only person seating, serving, and bussing tables. She was running thewhole place and with a smile on her face! We were seated right away, enjoyed the calm, friendly atmosphere while we waited forour food, and enjoyed a meal for a reasonable price. We really enjoyed Joann and her hard work. She treated each customer andemployee with grace and respect. She completely redeem our Bob Evans experience. 9/10 would recommend. Read more
