HORRIBLE. i had bought a greek yogurt pineapple mango smoothie with kale, orange juice and strawberries. I should?ve already... known it was going to go bad when the employee didn?t think it was an actual smoothie from the menu. first time it literallywasn?t my what I ordered. i?m a regular and order the same smoothie every smoothie king I go to. I had told them my order wasn?tright and a member remade it but gave it to my laughing. I was tempted not to go off on the unprofessionalism and inaccuracyhere. what was even funny about handing me a smoothie ??? then the smoothie was even more way off from what I order the firsttime I could even tell by the color of the smoothie I just threw it out the window bc it was that bad !! I had a terrible experience where I purchased a smoothie and just stood there waiting for them to make it. The 4 people behind... me got their order & when I realized & spoke up I got a lot of back talk and unprofessionalism. They eventually gave mesomething other than what I ordered. I placed an online order and it took almost 30 minutes to get 2 smoothies. Between the 2 smoothies 1 wasn?t good at all and the... other was decent. There were 3 employees and only 2 of them were actually working the other was just standing in the back.Probably will take my business elsewhere. Read more
