The manager or shift lead here during the weekend is very unprofessional. I placed a large order yesterday (22 subs) and the... manager was obviously overwhelmed. She was disrespectful to other employees and didn?t understand how to properly ring up theorder. She repeatedly said ?worst day ever? and how they were not prepared for this, despite us dropping off the order 24 hoursin advance. I felt so bad for the other patrons who were offered no explanation. She continuously blamed her employees and saidat the end that we really should have given her at least two days notice for this large of an order. Constantly talking abouthow unprepared they were and degrading the other workers. It was a really unpleasant experience and I don?t believe I will beeating at this location again. Update: didn?t get all of our sandwiches. I wanted to count them before we left, but we werealready half an hour behind. Not all sandwiches were marked, several were mis-marked, and we got sandwiches we didn?t evenorder. We are tax exempt but they couldn?t figure out how to remove the tax, so they ?credited? us a sub (I think they chargedus for 14 subs, we got 18 out of 22 ordered). Which does not really work because they will still see the ?tax? line on thereceipt and we will get in trouble for it. Read more
I?d leave zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible experience. My wife and I ordered our food but it wasn?t mentioned to us... there was a large order that was put in ahead of us. Multiple people who ordered before us left without getting their food dueto the 30 plus minute wait time. We waited 30 minutes then walked to Chipotle and had food in hand in a matter of minutes. What a disappointment! Subway is better than this. The grilled chicken sub was pathetic, maybe 3 strips of chicken with a tiny... amount of lettuce and onion. What happened to everything else? Ha! Won?t order again. Read more
There's better out there, but here's what I found today. I ordered 2 subs, 1 Italian & 1/2 meatball. Meatball sub came full... size, not half, don't know if I was charged for half or full but I ordered 1/2. That's on me. My Italian sub come with a semidry pickle +1?. My Italian sub is so sloppy I can't hold it together to eat it. Everybody likes their money's worth on the meat,I can't complain about quantity, plenty of meat. The bun is so wet with sauce its all soggy top & bottom sauced excessively, Ieven asked for no tomato so it wouldn't be sloppy. The bun is way, way too small for the portion of meat supplied. I'll have touse knife and fork because sub is too sloppy to hold together, its like trying to hold 3 slippery fish together in 1 stack. No,I won't be back. Decent meats for a decent price. The freshness is remarkable. This establishment appeared clean and well kept for the most part.... There was a longer wait than expected for how many people were in the store but I assumed it was because there were a lot ofonline orders. The food was very similar to something I would have at home. The meats seemed lacking of flavor but wrent supersalty like most deli meats. They tasted healthy which is not a bad thing. I enjoyed their selection of chips as much as thesandwiches. Read more
Firehouse Subs is a great chain with tasty options. I always go with the smokehouse brisket and a healthy slather of hot sauce.... This location did not disappoint. Customer service was solid as well. The restaurant was clean, and there was a solid mix ofsports on the televisions. All in all, really good experience. Read more
