This Panera location at 91 Hamilton Rd in Gahanna is a disaster. The quality of the food was very poor and the level of... cleanliness and Sanitation was non existent. The place is great, It has a great atmosphere and it's kept clean. The food is always good, if you're into baked goods with a... place where you can work, check emails or just catch up with a friend this is the spot. I appreciate the ample space, there arebooth, tables for 2 or 4. You can order for pick up ahead of time or order when you arrive, service is quick andfriendly. When I'm in the area meeting clients, this is one of my favorite places to catch up or kill time betweenappointments. Read more
Food was great a s usual. Dining area was extremely dirty. There were a lot of teenagers that kept wandering in and out plus... skateboarding on the patio area on the Hamilton Road side of the restaurant. There were a couple teenagers who were talking toone of the teenage employees about if she was going to be getting a break and she kept talking to them rather than taking careof the customers that were beginning to line up until another employee walled up to the front area. Friendly, quick service. Food was good. Broccoli Cheddar soup is super good. Only complaint is that the dishes were overflowing... in the trash area. I normally don't say anything about that kinda thing as I'm sure they were understaffed but this was veryexcessive. Read more

Ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup today and when I opened up the box, the sandwich was burnt in the middle with the... cheese as if they took the cheese side and put it directly on the grill and let it burn then put it back together! Ordered a cobb salad that was absolutely rancid. The salad dressing was spoiled, the bacon smelled sour and unfortunately, I put... the hard boiled egg in my mouth and it was rotten. The whole thing was clearly unrefrigerated for the better part of a day, orjust old AF. Currently waiting to see if the couple bites I took will give me food poisoning. What a fun game. Read more
