This has continued to be the worse Tim Hortons I have ever visited. From poor customer service to lack of menu items. This... morning I sat in line for 20 mins. I was trapped because of the drive thru layout....you cant get out. After working my way tothe speaker nobody addressed me. I discovered that they were not taking orders. Not because someone told me...as they let me andothers just sit there. All the lights were on and it was during business hours. As I drove away...I saw a guy in there. Youthink he would address cars at the intercom, hang a sign of closure, or even turn off lights. Trust me....dont visit thislocation. It has been this bad for at least 3 years. I understand that sometimes you don't have workers to open some days, but can you at least shut the drive through sign off or... tell people you are closed. 10 cars were waiting in line this morning and had no idea it was closed. Save your time and goacross the street to Dunkin. Coffee is always hot and they are happy to see you. Read more
Hands down the worst Tim Hortons to go to. The service is always slow. Something in my order is typically wrong. It would be... faster to make my own breakfast. Not to mention, once you're in the drive-thru line you can't get out until you pull all the waythrough. So when you're running late because the staff is so slow, you can't even leave. Read more
I was told that if I wanted a dozen donuts that it would have to be assorted because they were selling so many. It's 10:00 am on... a Saturday, and you weren't ready for that? Sounds like they didn't want to bake the donuts. Get some grownups in there whowill actually work and not these entitled brats. Read more
Worst run Tim Hortons I?ve ever been to. Employees beyond inept branching into Rude & Deceitful. In short, they knew full well... they were messing up the order, over charging me and being rude. It was deliberate. If you are on 270 or headed to theairport, by all means avoid this one and pick another exit. Read more
They were out of sausage and bacon and 8:30 am. Product ordering mistakes happen, not a huge deal. But the employee in the drive... through sounded so mad and frustrated. Then when I pulled up to get my cold brew, she handed me a tea. I said is this cold brew,and she rolled her eyes and said yes. I had just waited for 10-15 minutes in the drive thru so I just wanted to leave. Read more
I think they are pretty tasty. Even simple things like oatmeal are pretty good. I always take my kids for hot chocolate there... after trick or treating, and I used to go through the drive through every morning for coffee before I started working at home. Do they make sometimes? Yes, but these are just kids mostly. If we want to pay 2-3x the cost of the cup of coffee, I'm surethey could afford older, more experienced employees. I just try to take that into account if my order isn't quite right. Ifyou ask them at the window or drive back around they are happy to fix it. Read more
Freezer burnt hash brown, donut with a couple chocolate flakes (supposed to be dipped), a lukewarm drink that was supposed to be... frozen and rude window workers. I get it?s early but get ahold of yourself and do your job or just leave. Read more
