we were the only people in the drive thru and it took 15 minutes. The drinks we terrible and poorly mixed. the grilled cheese... wasn?t even melted or cut. it was just one huge piece of bread. most items on the menu were out. Read more
The manager is rude and unpleasant with awful customer service. Not only that, in the multiple times I've been here, he seems to... not give his employees any respect. He obviously hates his job. Until this man is gone, I will not be returning to this TimHortons. I hope I am not the only one reporting his attitude. His employees need to speak up as well. I bet the retention rateof keeping his employees is low. Read more
The staff always knows my order and is super friendly. I go for the same coffee but if your looking to get food it's hit or miss... on what they have available. They are always out of stuff. Read more
We stopped in the morning on July 4th. They were very busy, but the workers all were calm cool and collected. And can I say... KIND! Ty Tim Hortons for a job well done! And your workers have incredible way of working well together and seem to enjoy oneanother which makes for a great work environment. God bless America?and Canada too!???? Read more
Very hit or miss place. Sometimes it's great and fast service, but other times you get 7 timbits in a box of 10 and your vanilla... cream cold brew doesn't have any vanilla in it. I actually saw the guy go to add vanilla but nothing came out of the bottle, sohe opened it up and saw it was empty. Instead of getting a new bottle he just sighed and served up the coffee as is. Tim Hortons cannot toast a bagel if their lives depended on it. Clearly it doesn't matter which location or state, Buffalo and... Columbus both fail. And if you ask them to run it through their toaster twice, it will come out burnt. Staff was very friendlyand this location had extra touches of hockey which was great. But the coffee wasn't up to snuff. Read more
We went through at lunch time on a Thursday. The line moved quickly and the lady over the intercome was polite and easy to... understand. Our sandwich was not right so it had to be remade but the great service from all the employees made up for that. Thecustomer service made the experience and we drive away smiling! Read more
