I always have a good experience here when Kennetha is working. I made sure to ask her name tonight just so I can write this... review. She literally has THE BEST customer service skills I have ever came in contact with. She is always cheerful and has apositive attitude. If ever she?s having a bad day, you?d never be able to tell, because she?s keeps a smile on her face and isalways very kind and respectful. Seriously, this girl needs a raise or a promotion because customer service and people skillslike that, are very hard to come by anymore!!! Thank you Kennetha! Read more
I came through the DT when it was pouring rain. I'm doing a DoorDash. App says restaurant instructions say to go through the DT... window. At the speaker, they tell me I have to come in. Will not take jobs at this Wendy's or patronize them again. Terriblecustomer service. Might want to update your instructions. Read more
The food itself was rather good and tasted fresh, however, it is not worth going here. The staff have insane attitude and will... get mad at you over the simplest of things. I got attitude because I was ordering just the sandwiches and not the meals. Theattitude alone makes this location bad. I can get Wendy's somewhere else. Read more
EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this location, the co workers have a severe attitude problem. To try and make things a little easier... on both parts, I put in a large mobile order, and when I tried to let them know that I was there, the website didn't work andthe lobby was locked, so I called to let them know I was there and the website wasn't working, she "WENT OFF ON ME" and said "Iain't running anything outside, I hv 2 people here and I ain't runnin outside" NOT, "I'm sorry sir, but we're very short handedand I'm going to hv to ask u to utilize our drive thru" just ALWAYS SO RUDE at THIS location. This location's WILL close soon, Ican bet on it. UPDATE: ALL our food was cold and soggy, we had to ask for fresh fries, one of the meals Chicken club sandwichwas made COMPLETELY wrong and both the frosty's we're cold milk. DONT have yr mobile ordering up and running if yr going toclose the lobby and make yr customers wait on a long line for their food. Read more
Great night crew! I drive thru copule times a week when I get off work, usually 9pm or later. They are always friendly,... efficient, and accurate. I'm never disappointed. I will go out of my way to eat at this location! Read more
Do NOT visit this location. They regularly give cold food, have an attitude when taking orders but today was the last straw for... us. My young daughter wanted Wendy?s for her birthday; we ordered 4 ordinary meals and after arriving home realized they onlyprovided portions of each meal. After returning they were aware that the remaining food hadn?t been given which was encouraging,until I realized that they gave me a value menu burger with toppings I asked to be removed. Now I?m hungry and unwilling toreturn. Find another location, Granville does a MUCH better job. Read more
I think I'll be visiting here for my on-the-go breakfast. I tried a chicken, egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant. That's a... big sandwich! It was really good and filling. The seasoned potatoes were good as well. I went thru the drive-thru. Cudos toyou. Read more
