First visit. Drive thru equipment was not working correctly. Had two different people trying to take the order at the same... time. They couldn?t hear us at all as a result. So drove to the window. Major attitude and they claimed they couldn?t hear usat the window face to face. They also gave us instructions on who in the vehicle needed to give the order. So we simply lovedon. Ms. Rosemary is THE BOMB! We fell in love with her! Her customer service is OUTSTANDING! Steve also has OUTSTANDING customer... service! These two and their team gave us the best customer service experience we have had in a long time. We were in town for afuneral and needed to grab a bite to eat before hitting the road. This is definitely the CLEANEST Bo?Jangles we have ever beento. Food was fresh and everything tasted so good. We ordered a dozen Bo?Berry Biscuits to take back home to our daughter andSteve made sure to make them fresh for us before we left. Overall, we enjoyed dining in to eat a wonderful meal and we willdefinitely be stopping by again. We have to go back and visit Steve and Ms. Rosemary for sure ???????? Bojangles breakfast bowl is delicious and filling. The bowl consist of grits, egg and cheese. You can choose between bacon or... sausage that comes with the bowl. Also, they add a yummy biscuit on the side. My husband and I enjoy stopping by often forbreakfast. We usually use the drive -thru which is quick and friendly service. Read more
We do not get to eat here often as we are further south then Bojangels goes. We ate at this establishment 3 times while visiting... Gainesville. All the employees were kind and helpful. The food was hot and fresh and they even brought it out. The restaurantwas clean open. I enjoyed each visit. I will be using them again... Awesome food guys! Read more

Waste of money and time. They were somewhatunderstaffed and training an employee at the same time, with signs that they are hiring. I hope the franchise owner is pitchingin and also paying a fair wage, because I wouldn't recommend going in until they get their staffing issues fixed. I?ve been to Bojangles from NC, SC, Georgia, and this is by far the best and cleanest Bojangles ever!! The staff is the best,... shoutout to Brenda and store manager Deangelo!! He runs a tight ship and I come 2 times a week. I know this place is clean fromtop to bottom. Read more
I can't speak to how clean the store was or how friendly its employees were because I had my meal delivered, but the food was... GREAT. The chicken: Crunchy (not merely crispy, but downright crunchy) on the outside, and hot & juicy on the inside. Thecoleslaw: Fresh and tasty & not at all soggy the way fast food 'slaw often is (and there was plenty of it). The biscuits: Warmand fluffy on the inside and golden brown & flaky on the outside. This was truly the best fried chicken meal I've had in a*long* time (and certainly better than I remember KFC or Popeye's being the last time I had either of them). ???? EDIT (becauseI'm unable to leave a second review concerning a more recent experience) : On 02/12/22 I placed a rather large 'weekend' order,again with a delivery service, that brought it to my home (I'm disabled and don't travel often or well). This time part of theorder was missing. Long story short: the store manager made sure that I received what was left out of my order (and then some) -BEFORE the rest of it got cold! ???? (The delivery service gave me a few $ credit for the oversight, which was nice because itreally wasn't their fault, but all I really wanted was what I ordered.) The food is still quite awesome (including the biscuitsand coleslaw), but on top of that, I feel like I received the BEST customer service EVER that evening. Delicious with great value. Stopped on the way to Atlanta, and it was great, had an 8 piece dark meat family meal, Dirty (just... the name) very delicious it's like fried rice with sausage patties cut up in it, Mac n cheese, biscuits and a half gallon ofsweet tea. True southern taste, personally I think the chicken could be a tot more spicey, but that's just my personalpreference. Try it. It's on my list of my best fried chicken spots. Read more
