I will say I like spicy and the food itself was great, but if the service is this awful at the window, I'd hate to see what goes... on in the kitchen!!! Let me explain. On my lunch break, I thought I'd do something different. I shouldn't have. First of all,they had a paper menu taped to the menu board at the drive thru, it was unreadable due to the rain. Then, I seen a sign thatsaid to call the store to order. I did. The man answers, "What do you want?" I order the clam lunch, because that's all I couldmake out on the menu, in garlic butter. So, I pay, was handed a bag, and window closed in two seconds flat. I pull over to eatin their parking lot. I was given a stew like meal, Cajun style, in a clear bag that's tied in a knot. Ok, I tried to acceptthat this is how they serve their food, I have to make do, but how the heck am I to eat with no utensils? By the time I figureout I have to eat with my fingers and do my best to keep the soup from getting all over my car, a couple bites in, after burningmyself, THERE ARE NO NAPKINS!!!! Read more
First time dropping by for take out. Really wanted to like it after seeing such great reviews, but my teriyaki chicken with rice... and noodles came out flavorless and greasy. I frequent this place. I love the customer service and how well mannered the children are. Sets a great example of how children... should be raised to be independent. And to add to that the food is DELICIOUS! Their seafood is amazing. Great seasoning. Youdefinitely get what you pay for. I’ve never had a bad experience there. Read more
