Worst chick fil a you will ever go to. Since it is on campus, they decided that their quality of service does not matter. If you... ask if your order is ready after waiting for 10 minutes they will give you attitude and say I’m working on it. It is theslowest chick fil an and they do not have good attitudes. Every time I go, I leave feeling annoyed. The food is still good butthe workers remind me of a 1 star McDonald’s. I’m writing this review in hopes that management will actually look into andfix this horrible and annoying service. Absolutely horrible customer service. Very rude staff who act like every customer is a burden and a bother. If you want CFA... consider going to the one inside The Standard. This location is horrible. Read more

I waited for over 40 minutes for a single spicy chicken sandwich meal. I watched an entire crowd of people order after me and... get their food while I was standing at the counter, so I went up and asked them if my food was ready yet. Turns out they justdecided to delete my order without making it and move on to the next person. Once I told them what I ordered, they had it out tome in 30 seconds. Read more

Quality of service has plummeted since acquired by Florida Fresh Dining. The staff is genuinely unenthusiastic, lack any sense... of urgency, resulting in long wait times and poor customer service. Add to it the introduction and reliance on kiosks to placeorders adds to a less than stellar experience as selection focus on meals rather than individual items. This in stark contrastto the excellent customer service that had come to be expected under previous ownership/management. It should be noted, thatall Google reviews prior to 06/2022 are a reflection of previous ownership/management and should be considered obsolete. Read more

Do not eat here!!! Gave me food poisoning. Will be contacting the owners and corporate. They even charged me for fries and said... they didn’t have fries. Gave me chips instead, no refund. Read more

This location is abysmal. They do not carry common menu items (even though it is on the menu board) and the experience is never... positive. I will not be returning to this embarrassment as there is a fully functioning one across the street with happyemployees. Read more
