Never any veggies cooked (peppers and onions). Been 3x in 2 weeks and 2x I walked out after already ordering because there was... no veggies avail. Today at noon was told they had not even cut the veggies yet. You open at 10:45, how have you not started theveggies?!? 1.) I told the first guy I have three things I wanted. That guy had no problem with it. But the one who was supposed to be... adding the toppings after the base literally rolled his eyes at me three different times and didn?t even hide it. This wasbecause I told him I wanted a little bit of everything on the first one, and everything(regular) on the next one. On the tacos Isaid the same. When he realized he would have to get new food cans he got upset and went to go cook food and left my food alone.Having the guy who was supposed to be serving the beans and rice to do everything including this other guy who was trying tobring it out for him. I usually wouldn?t complain because I know that store was busy but I deliberately asked for the mostsimple of things and after all that, my tacos did not receive guacamole. The two burrito bowls got it, so did the chips andguacamole, but not the tacos. Because of that I ended having to give one of the people I was getting the food for the cup ofguacamole from the chips and the person without who was miles away just ended up with chips. For the amount of $40 I wouldn?twant someone rolling their eyes at me just because I asked nicely for what I wanted and then get cheated out of money. I used tolike this chipotle. I don?t think I like it anymore. I will say however although I did not get the names of all who served me Iassume tori the cashier was very polite and asked did I want the bags separate which I did so kudos to her the guy serving thebeans and rice and the guy who was putting the trays back without being asked by the guy who refused to serve me. I've never written a bad review ever, but this chipotle location is making me write my first one. I'm a regular chipotle... consumer and frequently order with the app. I order from this location because I live right next to it. This location has rarelymade my food within 30 minutes of the pickup time. I've shown up many times 40 minutes after the pickup time and the food stillnot ready. You'll see the in-person line cycle through 2-3x before they start making your online order. Most of the employeesare very rude and seem annoyed when you ask about your order. This particular Chipotle is very inconsistent. I guess that?s understandable in a college town but it?s still annoying. We order... pickup from this location a few times a month and the thing that keeps us coming back is that the flavor is always there? evenif you get an entire avocado pit and a romaine butt in your bowl.
