I am a culvers regular. My family and I love this place. It can be a little pricey but it's so worth it on most occasions.... Today, the customer service did not make me feel the same way. The gentleman that took my order was pleasant. He told me mytotal but that it would change once I gave the person my coupon at the window. I did. However, she gave me the same price. Itold her what the gentleman told me prior. She said no it was already taken off. So, I said okay, gave her my card but I askedfor a receipt. Thankfully, I did because once again it was not taken off. This has happened to me 2x already. So, it is a littlefrustrating. I've been in the resturant industry for 15 years. This could have been easily avoided by checking the ticket. Once,I realized it she instantly got her manager Megan. Her demeanor was not too pleasant or apologetic. It was like okay get overit, I am fixing it-- she was very dismissive and her body language displayed nothing but irritation when it was not my fault. Iasked her 2x before giving her my card. We had the best experience here today dining in. My coworkers and I are on a medical transport with a resident who has to have... pureed foods/soft foods. I believe it was the manager that went out of her way to make sure we had food our resident could eat,and gave us an extra drink cup for her to help us as well. You rarely see someone go so above and beyond expectations, and Iwish I knew her name(I believe it started with an S) so I could thank her properly. Read more

Burger was fresh and delicious. Culver?s has to have one of the best fast food burgers for the price IMO. Fries were slightly... undercooked but they were done - I like my fries a little more crispy. The front counter was friendly, and my order was quicklybrought to me at my table. No real complaints other than the fries. I?m sure they would?ve made it right if I had asked. The food was good but it took longer than expected for them to bring our food to the table considering that the dine-in was half... empty. They also forgot our ice cream when they initially served us our food but that was quickly fixed. The place was clean. Read more
The food is amazing most of the time. I love the ice creams!!! Onion rings and pretzel bites are my favorite too. I recommend... everyone to go try it but not too often cuz it's unhealthy. Read more
The Custard here is amazing! We got chocolate and salted caramel. The fries are clean and not greasy. The burger is a bit salty... but really good and came as I ordered it. Which shouldn't be a seeking point, but we know McDonald's set that for us all. Had torun inside and that was ran and classy too! Read more
If I could give this place more stars I would!! Everyone there from the time we walked in was wonderful, happy and helpful. I... had a problem with my onion rings and with a smile they made it right.
