I usually don't have a problem with this dominos, however (and I'm not sure if this is because of the individual store, or... corporate), but the recent price increases on the food, plus the price increase of the delivery charge, makes ordering from hereless and less attractive. It also makes people less likely to give good tips when you charge $5 for delivery (regardless ofproximity to the store). Ridiculous. Read more
I will never ever order from this location they need to learn some customer service. I completely understand being short staff... however that doesn?t give you the right to take to people any way. I arrived to pick up my order because the tracker said it wasready I waited another 25 minutes to get my other pizza. The order wasn?t ready so my other pizza was ready on time and it gotcold. This store has their hours listed online, ?updated by the business 4 days ago?, to say they are open until 3am, but their... employees do not abide by this time. I went there tonight and watched them lock the doors at 11:51. I have also, on multipleoccasions, showed up at 12 or 1am to place an order, only to find that they were already closed. There is nothing wrong withclosing at midnight, just be honest about your hours as they are reflected online. Picked up a large pizza here. A small sprinkle of mushrooms in the center of the pizza, and dough was dry as cardboard. Sent out... an email. Manager called me, told me that when I call the next time, there would be a $10 credit. Called later that evening.Employee said they didn't know what I was talking about and transfered me to another store. The other store told me they didn'thave a clue. Called this store back and told they don't know what I was talking about, heard some laughing and the phone wentdead. Then when I called back, it just rang for a while and I knew I was being ignored so I let it go. Went to another dominoesa few miles away.
