Professionalism and sanitation are completely absent at this Dunkin' Donuts location. When I arrived, the employee who would... eventually take my order was lounging outside on her phone smoking cigarettes like a chimney. She didn't bother to wash herhands prior to preparing my order. Another employee was kicking boxes in front of guests to move them near the disposal area.The employees are made up of Gainesville's finest, its not the most welcoming or inviting experience. Due to size, thislocation has a much smaller, niche menu so don't expect much. Only reason for two-stars was the timelines of the service andlocation across from UF's campus. Read more

My coffee was cold and my sandwich tasted bad. I will never going back to that place.
Refreshing cuteittle shop near U of FL.
It seemed closed when I arrived but the sign on the door said it was open every day from 6am-9pm. I sat and waited at the window... for 15 minutes waiting to see if someone would show up. Only to look up online that they were closed. Not everyone is going tolook up whether a place is open online, so I highly suggest you change the hours on your door. Read more
Service was very personal, and my café con leche was exceptional
Dunkin iced coffee deals are too good to pass up but I frequently find my order getting messed up with something being... forgotten. I really like the cute seating area (only one outlet I think so not ideal for working with others). The iced coffeeitself is good too. Read more
