Horrible service in store and though Uber eats, never gives you the correct amount of sauces, ordered extra seasoning on fries... and got no seasoning at all, misgendered in store and was disregarded when corrected. Very good chicken. Great taste, very juicy and amazing sauces. The toast being included is also a huge plus. Only 2... downsides: 1. it takes quite a bit longer for the meal than the chick fil a right next doors. 2. The fries are always slightlyunder cooked. Truly an amazing franchise that we are lucky to have right next to campus. The amount of food given for the price is unmatched... by most other restaurants here in Gainesville, and the quality of the food does not suffer because of this low price point. Thetenders were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the fries were similar with a crispy exterior and fluffyinterior. I was also glad to have the option to replace the coleslaw with chips or extra fries. The woman behind the registerwas extremely kind and welcoming, and the cherry on top of my visit was that I received my food in less than 10 minutes despitethe line that was in front of me and the tenders being cooked-to-order. The only minor criticism I have was that the toast wasnot crunchy on either side, but that flaw is nowhere near enough to warrant deducting a star from this experience. Read more
