This is my 4-5 time out of 6 times that the service has been to say the least, not up to par. No one will answer the phone to... take call in orders, they are understaffed and although the gentleman at the counter was polite, he was extremely slow. I lovethe food here but I?m starting to grow aggravated of the wait times even on off peak hours. I hope management will see this andhire more help. Read more
Just ordered and SO disappointed ??. I usually go to the 43rd street location and alway's look forward to and enjoy my steak and... cheese sub. Came here NW 13th Street, Gainesville tonight because of where I was in town-NEVER again. The meat was literallyminced to bits and was SO greasy and tasted old with no flavor! Way over cooked to the point of nearly black crunchy piecesthroughout. The bread was not fresh either. Overall horrible. Just a lot of $$$ to pay for a sandwich that I ended up throwingaway. I have visited other jersey mikes in town and have not been impressed. However this store is my new favorite sandwich shop. Not... only were the staff quick on getting the line through, they were so friendly! It was definitely a fun environment, even for theshort time I was there. Highly recommend this place! Read more
