Just got home with my pizza and order of crazy 'dough'. Called the store and they told me I could bring them back, mind you this... is rush hour and I have 3 hungry children to feed. When i said i didnt want to do that right now the girl suggested for me tobring them tomorrow ???? Wouldn't compensate any other way. Recommend checking your food before leaving. On two visits in a row I waited about an hour. The first time was for one cheese pizza. The second time it was for a cheese... pizza and cheese bread. The cheese bread was not cooked all the way and was literally goop. I asked to return the bread becauseit was not okay for consumption and she took it and and my pizza. She would not let me buy back my pizza because it was cold nowand told me it would be fifteen minutes for a new one. I didn't mind the cold pizza, but should was really rude and would notlet me have it even though I waited an hour for it in the first place I'm pretty sure she is the owner My two little kidswhere with me and super upset when we left empty handed. Put in a order for 2 cheese pizza and a crazy bread they cancelled my order because they was closing at 10, then when they did... finally do my order they failed to add the crazy bread because they didn't want to make it the pizza was cold and one pizza wasnot even sliced. The staff that worked tonight was rude and did not want to work. I understand about closing but I was therebefore you closed placed the order walked outside and seen you cancelled my order when I went back in said its because y'allclose at 10. I stopped in and ordered a thin crust pizza with extra pepperoni. It was very busy at the time and I waited outside. To my... surprise my pizza was ready in a short amount of time. The very nice lady brought my pizza outside to me. She was very pleasant.I am old but she treated me with lots of patience. My pizza was still hot when I got home. Excellent pizza as usual with lots ofpepperoni. Sad thing was that she would not accept a tip. I stopped in again today for a pizza I ordered on the phone. The ladywho took my order was extremely patient with me as we had a bad connection. When I picked it up it was still hot .It was one ofthe best pizza I have ever enjoyed. While visiting from out of town I decided to stop by to get the extra most bestest pepperoni and a custom cheese pizza. This location used to be good but now it's awful. Whenever I go in, half the workers are stoned past functioning. This last... order was the last straw. I ordered online and didn't receive half the order. The pizza looks like a deformed mess and isn't cutall the way through (or cut in a straight line). The breadsticks seem like they've been sitting forever and have no cheese onthem. The store wont answer the phone and the customer service desk has automatically hung up on me twice now.
