William is always GREAT. I honestly stopped coming to this location for a while due to the customer service and small portions.... However, William won me back but after dealing with the Manager Bri today. I don't know If I'll be back. It is 2.50 for a sideof queso which is already high. Yet, she did not fill the cup up all the way. The young lady before me was almost to the rim.When I asked could she please fill the cup up. She rolled her eyes and said this is the portion siz3 but I'll put in a littlemore. She literally took the laddle above the cup but didn't add to it. Then, smiled. I smiled back in return and I just saidwow. Managers are the face of the establishment and she totally ruined it for me. I hesitated even tipping because of her but Ididn't want to fault everyone because of her. I would definitely invest in a manager that responds and acts professionally. Itwould not have killed her to fill the cup that I am paying for up-- instead you would rather risk potentially losing a client.Then, to top it off with your poor body language and attitude. Food was expensive, too salty and had no delicious flavor. Quality and taste has decreased drastically over the years and... customer service is not great. There was no cookie with the kids meal. The cashier lady was unrespectful that the manager's sonhad to assist. I tried to give them another chance from last time but the food and price just makes me lose confidence. Read more

I had the WORST experience at this Moe?s on Newberry and 77th on 7/23/22 around 8:30 PM. There were only two employees working... and one of them was extremely rude. I changed my mind about the chicken I was getting because what he gave me looked old andburnt. He then slams the quesadilla down and tells me I?ll have to wait for fresh chicken. I oblige and he proceeds to tell meto remove myself from the line and to go sit down until he?s ready for me. I say ok. He asked what kind of chicken I wanted andI said dark, but he said he couldn?t hear me so I restated it twice. His colleague looked at me and said sorry, but didn?tintervene. I proceed to wait at a table and I hear him speaking in Spanish to a customer about me. Being fluent in Spanish, Iinterject and tell him how disrespectful his behavior has been and that no customer should have to accept this. I asked for hisname and he refused to provide it- nor was he wearing a name tag. I left and went to the Moes down the street and had the mostpleasant experience. Interestingly, there was a man behind me in line and he too left because of the level of disrespect hewitnessed. So, it?s not the company, it?s the individuals that make the experience. Terrible service, served the guy behind me first after waiting for the same exact thing to finish on the grill. Doesn?t tell you... they are out of any soda products so they just charge you for you to find out it?s only lemonade and tea. Would have been niceto know before I spent $6 on fountain drinks. Food was quickly made, but skimpy on fillings and all the rice was piled on one side of my stacker and my wife's burrito. We sat... to eat and as the meal went on, we slowly started looking around at the cleanliness of this place...which it was not at all.Every surface had food and splatters on it. The table, benches, napkin holders, walls, salsa counter, floor. Even the cokemachine screen was covered in some mystery goop. Half the salsa was empty and what was left tasted watery and old. As we werecleaning up, an employee brought out a "new" bowl of salsa, dripping all over the place. He proceeded to scrape the old, waterysalsa that was remaining in the bottom of the original salsa bowl right on top of the "new" one he brought out. Making a hugemess in the process. Didn't seem to concern him. Hope we don't get sick after eating there. Absolutely nasty. Read more

Seems like the quality has gone down every time I've been. The staff didn't seem to understand anything and barely put anything... in my burrito. Further, I asked for a side of queso but was charged for a cup as seen in the picture. Food tasted fine, butseems like the service has been getting worse. Read more

Ordered for pickup at this Moe's location and my order was done perfectly and ready on the pickup shelf when I got there.... Definitely a smooth experience. Staff was friendly and acknowledged me right as I walked in. Was in and out in less than 10seconds with my food. Will definitely be using this Moe's again in the future! Read more
