Great pizza not so friendly drivers
My pizza had way to much sauce on it. ????
Although the staff are always polite and helpful, the quality has declined notably in recent months it seems.
I have been going to this Papa John's since it opened a long time ago... The pizza is usually good sometimes it's overcooked but... usually it's okay. I was extremely disappointed to go in there recently to see that the dough was half as thick as it usually iswhich Papa John's is known for thick dough and they drowned it in too much sauce and it actually looked more like a pizza hut Pizza which pizza hut is absolutely disgusting... I'm an Italian American who has family in Italy with Italian pizzerias so I'man expert on pizza. Papa John's was one of the only restaurants in America that had a decent Pizza. But I guess those days aregone with their negative PR and now them skimping on ingredients and changing the recipes, they're going to go out of businessvery soon , I will never come back to this restaurant again. Nadia at Papa John's on Archer provided me with great service. She was pleasant, relatable, and reassuring as a manager when... speaking to me via telephone after I received an incorrect order. If I could give this location anything less than a whole star I truly would. It?s sad that in the times we live in that the... people whom work at this location could be so uncaring to older people. I assist a patient in ordering food which after waitingan hour and a half it never came. We called the location and was informed by Brook the assistant manager and the Gm Brent maybewe called a different location, the order was never even placed in the system among a few other questions and upon asking a fora corporate number was told oh they?ll only be sending you out coupons they won?t do anything it doesn?t matter. I ordered my pizza online after midnight while stuck in UF football traffic. This location was very convenient to our hotel and... was the perfect choice for a PM snack. When I arrived my pizza was still in the oven so I waited outside as the lobby was small.When my pizza was finished, they delivered it outside to me. What super service! We were staying at The Hampton and not having amenu and doing the ordering over the phone the guy was super!!! We love Papa John's and this just proved to us why!! Very nicepeople Read more
We were visiting Gainesville and had Papa John's pizza delivered to our hotel. Our kids had never tried it before and after... tasting Papa John's they thought it was the best pizza ever!!! The staff was friendly and the delivery was quick! We got the 2large pizzas that is like the Supreme with stuffed crust and they were SO DELICIOUS!!!! I wish we had a Papa John's in our area!Best pizza ever!!! I am not a pizza sauce person and I love how light the sauce is. I don't like when pizza places overly saucestheir pizza. These pizzas were not like that at all! We will definitely order again when we are back in Gainesville! Read more
