Absolute crooks. I should have read the reviews. Ordered 20 pizzas (~$275) for delivery wayyy ahead of time for my little... girl?s birthday party (spoiler: they arrived all soggy, 90+ min late, and wouldn?t let us refuse the delivery). On the day of,I stood outside to await the driver. I regret missing my little girl?s party doing this. Fifteen minutes late, I have a smallcrowd out with me while I call the store. I let it ring and ring (never hanging up.. I just let it ring). Thirty minutes late,I had someone race to Publix to get a bunch of emergency food for our guests ($$$$). Forty minutes late, we used another phoneto call another Pizza Hut to ask for advice. Nothing they could do so we stayed on the phone with the original store. Fiftyminutes late, still waiting for someone to pick up their phone, I had my sister drive to that physical store to see if anyonewas there. An hour late (and before my sister could make it to their store), someone finally answers their phone (mind you, welet it ring and ring until they picked up). ?Oh sorry.. we went to the address and no one was there?. Wrong. I was standingoutside waiting in clear view of the road (see video). They said they would deliver it again. By the time they arrived, overhalf our guests had left. I told the delivery driver this and his response was just ?F*CK?. I told him we only needed lessthan half the pizzas and didn?t need the rest. He insisted we keep them all as it was ?what he would have done? implying theywould just throw it away anyway. Here?s where it gets interesting. When I call in to complain the next day, their response was?we can give you a store credit for three pizzas?. What? Not acceptable. Ultimately, they refused to do much else about it. The area manager, ?Brian? said that bc we didn?t refuse the pizzas (remember, the driver wouldn?t let us refuse?), that theywill not refund anything. Called to order delivery. They picked up the phone answer ?pick up or delivery? we said we would like to order delivery. We... were informed there would be ?really long wait time for delivery? we were fine with this because of our evening plans and wereordering early in the evening. The female employee then rudely asked us how we expect her to get us the pizza they don?t evenhave a driver right now. (Not sure how we would know this or why she would originally ask if we wanted delivery or pizza). Thisis not the first time we?ve had an incident like this at this location. Ordered my pizza at 5:46pm and didn't receive it until 7:30pm. On top of that it was cold. Good job guys. Way to keep your... customer base. Maybe your manager should take the time to talk to his customers instead of standing in the background tellinghis employees what to say. Quit blaming door dash for your incompetence. Ordered my food at 6:05 was told 30 min. Food just now getting here. While hour later by door dash. I was never answered door... dash would be delivering until about 30 min after my order was placed. Through text. My good was cold. Woman acted like shedidn't know how to cancel a order or do a refund when I was looking for the door dash man. And $21.56 for one large isridiculous. Ordered pizza online, 30 min past projected delivery time I call, they don't pick up the phone for another 20 min before picking... up the phone, and hanging up on me (I could hear them breathing in the mic) I call again. And they pick up only to throw me backon hold without any warning, after waiting nearly 45 min on the phone total I gave up. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Read more
Pizza was fine, the breadsticks were good. Now here is the issue, I paid for the the pizza via gift card online. Picked it up... and went back to my car and the cashier came out saying I didn't pay. So I went in with the pizza she grabbed it from me withouteven asking and put it in the warmer. Well then the manager called someone but wouldn't talked to me about. By the timeeverything got situated the pizza which was in the warmer really wasn't hot anymore. Didn't even get a sorry or it explained andthe girl who did this went into the back. I literally just bought this and I have a hair in it.. I bought it at 10:16 pm October 7th and it got here around 10:40ish..... that?s all fine and well. Until I started eating it. I got to my second slice and had a long hair in it. I?m African Americanwith short Afro hair..and this is a medium strand of wavy hair. I put a picture of my hair as comparison. I tried calling andcouldn?t get through to anyone (11:15pm). It?s currently October 26th 2021.. I was offered a $10 credit and decided to use it.I got two 2 liter drinks and a pizza. At 4:58 pm me and my fiancé paid for the items. It didn?t arrive till 6:10pm. The driveronly brought the pizza and said he?d bring the drinks later. We thought ?oh that?s fine go ahead.? I called back at 6:50pm andthe person that answered the phone said that the next person out for deliveries will deliver it. It?s 7:35pm and we stillhaven?t gotten a call back or our drinks. Worst customer service I have ever experienced from any Pizza Hut. First of all, they don?t answer the phone, so you have to... order online. When I arrived in-store, the cashier was rude and barely acknowledged my existence. My order wasn?t ready when Igot there, so I waited. After another 10 minutes I asked someone about my order, and it was sitting in the warmer for who knowshow long. The food was fine though. It?s just the terrible customer service that needs a complete overhaul. Read more
