I would like to give my commend to one of the delivery personnel, he called me to notify my order has arrive but was not able to... get to the door quickly as i was putting my 8mo old baby to sleep, he was able to wait until i come out and was able to delivermy order in contactless without sacrificing the cleanliness of the boxes(he did not put the box on the dirty floor just likewhat the dominoes guy did to my order before). Not the same Pizza Hut it was in the late 80's and 90's. Whomever thought it was a great idea to have a call center to order a... pizza overseas should be fired. It's no longer your hometown Pizza place. I would urge you to go to a mom and pop locallyrather than deal with the endless issues with corporate chains. Read more

I received the wrong pizza. When I called the store, the manager told me that it was from a different location, which was not... what the app had told me. I called the other store, but got no answer, so I called this store again. When I repeated myproblem, I was immediately hung-up on without another word. If the issue gets resolved after this, I would be more than happyto change this review. Read more
If I could put a review without giving a star I would. We placed an order online and my husband received notification to call... the restaurant to clear up the order. He called and was connected with a call center. He was on hold for 27 minutes before thestore picked up. It was a horrible experience and the pizza was just like the service horrible!! Needless to say we will stickwith 5 Star Pizza. We would of canceled but our credit card was already charged. Read more

Quick and easy pick up. The crust around the pizza was undercooked but that's fine cause I don't like crispy crust. The extra... sauce what is the right amount and it wasn't too soggy on the pizza. Basically stole my money. Driver claims they couldn't call me so therefore they aren't allowed to deliver my food. They never... tried to call me.
