We just received our order. We ordered 2 of the cheese itz pizzas, one plain cheese and the other was pepperoni. Don't waste... your money on these! They were awful!! We ended up throwing them away. Not trying to bash, just giving an honest experience. Waited an hour and a half past ready time for a order called in hours... previously. Employees were goofing off and on their phones, ignoring customers. Lied about pizza being ready as well. Turns outthey were paying so little attention that they threw out our pizzas without asking if we were here for it. Read more
The thin and crispy pizza with parmesan sauce, Black olive, red onion and Roma tomatoes is ALWAYS a winner! We get it extra... crispy and really enjoy it. The on line ordering process is easy and efficient. The employees at the location on NW 34 streetare very courteous. Read more
I wasn't feeling very good so my boyfriend surprised me with pizza hut to cheer me up. Instead of 8 chicken wings I got a hand... full of bread crumbs, dipped in the wrong sauce, from a rude driver. I usually never have a problem from this pizza hut..on the contrary we have absolutely loved ordering here with no problems... until 7/18/17. When Quanisha made an error on my pizza and when I asked to speak to the manager she gave the phone to Juliettewho immediately went in on me about making it quite clear what I want on my pizza. I explained that when going over the BBQpizza options Quanisha mentioned that there was one with bacon, at that point I said no I just want chicken. Then Juliettebegins to cut me off in mid explanation saying "What do you want, store credit or another pizza". And the I began to tell herthat her tone is aggressive and she then says " I' m not yelling". That's funny because I never said she was yelling. I don'tknow if it was just a bad night for them but now the wrong pizza and nasty attitude displayed by Juliette have left me wonderingif the store credit is something I even want to be bothered with. At this Pizza Hut the customer is not right and you get"Yelled" if you bother to call about your incorrect order. Pizza Hut Lover's Beware! And for the General Manger I ask that youpull the call and listen for yourself!!!!! We ordered from here several months ago, we ordered from a delivery app, and apparently the driver never showed, we called PH... and the manager on duty personally delivered our order after a botched attempt ordering from a delivery app, it was a late nightmunchies run, took 2 hours to get our order , but it was worth the wait, I never experience an issue when I visit.
