Cool outdoor venue with its own parking lot and several other food trucks so you can go to dinner with non-vegans and know... everyone will eat well. Service is amazingly friendly and food comes out quickly, so after you order your food, choose a placeto sit (or bring your own chairs) and get ready to eat well. What about the food? Fries - OMG, these were amazing, fresh thickand served hot. Veggies - veggies on the sandwiches were fresh, crisp and tasty. Chicken Sandwich - another amazing dish, butnext time I am going to a little extra sauce as a compliment to it. Cheezy - for me this was a fail, it was really messy and theburger patty was not seasoned well, under cooked and just not a great flavor. I eat vegan just about every meal (mixed in witha sprinkle of seafood) so I get excited when I travel and get to try new vegan spots. This will certainly make list when I comeback to town. Read more
Buffalo mac and buffalo chik'n sandwich. Vegan gf says it's one of the few best macs she's tasted. I myself am not vegan but I'd... eat these 2 items over and over again. Talk about some of the most delicious Vegan and Plant-Based food in Gainesville. I?ve been to Plantology a few times, and each... time I?m reminded of just how delicious their food is. Today a friend and I got the ?Cheezy? burger, Caesar wrap, and Veggiefries, all of which were so packed with flavor. I also tried the ginger brew root beer, my personal favorite. The only issue Ihave is that food trucks seem to seriously hike up the price for their food?especially plant-based ones?maybe this is just aGainesville area issue; $12 for a burger appears steep. 8/10. Best plant-based American food from the Villages to Gainesville. I recommend the ranch chicken sandwich and the loaded fries.... Food was fresh and service was excellent. I was expecting the food to take longer, but was pleasantly surprised. I woulddefinitely go back and recommend it. I think people would enjoy this food whether they're vegan or not. Read more
Best vegan food I've had PERIODT. like the fries alone will keep me coming back! The burger is I think tempeh based so different... profile than an impossible or beyond type thing. Cheezy is SOO good but not an American cheeseburger classic flavor profile.More of a Gourmet style with the muenster cheese and caramelized onions. tasty, filling, savory... But the Fries....
