NW 23rd Blvd Location - Gainesville, FL Extremely slow. Customer service needs a lot of work. They have gotten my order wrong... several times and when I have complained about it they will not replace the complete meal even though if any part of the mealwas lacking all of the meal is lacking the meal is liking. Some of the lower management has the attitude of "what do you wantme to do about it!" They close the lobby without any notice on the door or anywhere. You walk into the lobby because there's nosign saying that the lobby is closed. They let you stand there for 2 or 3 minutes before they'll tell you the lobby isCLOSED. Very nonchalant body language. I bought a 5 piece chicken tender combo. It came with 1 biscuit and 1 side. I ordered another small side. It came to 19 dollars... and change. It sounded expensive but I figured we would get a good amount of food. When we got home, we opened the box to find 5small, skinny tenders and a biscuit. My side order of mashed potatoes was one scoop with a scant amount of gravy. The secondside was one scoop of beans and rice. My wife and I kind of stared at our "joke" meal for awhile...because we just couldn'tbelieve we got such a small amount for the price we paid. Sorry, but nahhh. The chicken is good ...that's why I gave 2stars...but I'm never coming back here again. 6:00 pm. Chaos inside the Louisiana Kitchen. Quality, consistent training is missing here. Over thirty minute wait inside with... three people working. Employee opens drive-thru window and tells everyone to order inside because the drive-through is nowclosed. One young employee wanders in behind the counter, seemed intoxicated, grabs a drum stick, spins around almost losing hisbalance and walks out. Twelve people in line waiting. Told they were out of coleslaw, then after seeing the frown on my face,the woman says, "Ok, I can make a small one." Order received was not the correct three pieces ordered. I had two separate orders for door dash back to back and my first order wasn't completed. I wasn't able to get anyone's... attention for 10 minutes....the order was tossed at me with not respect for me or their business......my second order I pickedup less than five minutes later....the lobby was locked! It is Before two pm.....wow. I guess they don't like to make money.Turning away everyone that was willing to come in ....and it was raining to boot....shocked. Read more
WARNING: DO NOT EAT HERE When there is more than one car, they move you to wait for something as simple as just a... sandwich. The chance your order is wrong is around 85%. I'm leaving this review after going here a handful of times. I justordered a chicken sandwich, coke, and Mac and cheese. I got a spicy chicken sandwich (I have a sensitive stomach to spice, sothis is now garbage unfortunately), a diet coke (aspartame makes me want to puke), and mac and cheese. So that's my time andmoney wasted, because I really just got mac and cheese. This quality of your order is questionable everytime. I've gottencold/raw food before from here. Management does not care either, these reviews have been bad for so long, and the issues forroughly a year haven't been fixed. Do not spend money here. Read more
Great chicken and even better biscuits, but the service is byfar the absolute worst in the entire county. The manager argued... with me about an item "clearly" displayed on the menu and kept saying it wasn't on the register display so it didn't exist andI was obviously wrong with my order. Nearly an hour later I received my order and another employee showed the manager how toring up my order which WAS clearly on the register. During my wait for my order, I watched nine different people leave out ofpure frustration without their orders being taken. 6pm. Says they are open till 10pm. Website says open till 11pm. Doors are locked. Staff inside will not answer phone. They are... standing inside goofing around. 9 cars at the drive through trying to order. Staff refuse to take orders. They think it's agame to waste people's time. Decided to try the new popeye's over on the Northwest side of town. Drive-through was very very slow. Wife had asked for dark... meat and only got like one piece of dark meat the rest was white my blackened chicken sandwich 1 of them looked like half themeat was taken off. Was not what I expected only reason I gave them a 4 instead of 3 was because there was only 3 ladieshustling in there to do their best.. Yet another business that is hurting due to the lack of people wanting to work or beemployed. Read more
