I have never had a bad experience here, BUT today was horrible. I ordered ahead at 9:15, got there at 9:40, and my drink was not... ready. It was a busy morning with many people inside and a long drive-thru, and I understand that, so I waited inside for 10-15minutes. After that, I approached and asked staff on my order status, she told me to wait for another 15-20minutes. I waited andasked the staff again and stated that I ordered ahead an hour ago. She did not care less and told me to wait for another 15minutes. I did wait until another customer asked his order status, and the employee said they are working on orders from 10:00.I had enough at that time and approached them again, showing my ordered placed since 9:15. The employee told me DO NOT SEE myorder. She asked other employees and someone said she dropped one drink earlier and that might be mine. How can they drop adrink and not remake it? That's a horrible excuse. Finally, they made my drink and no apology to me. HORRIBLE! Read more
I have never been to this Starbucks before. I mainly went because it was on the way to work. Whenever I go to Starbucks customer... service is never something I think about. I go I get my order and leave. However, the experience I have today changed that. Thestaff that were in today (Jackie, Ally, Ava, Marieth, and Maggie) killed it with the customer service! When I was in thedrive-thru they were kind and patient with me. Additionally, when I was waiting at the window for my food to get ready, Jackiecame to me and asked if I wanted anything to drink while I waited for my food. Overall, they made me feel very welcome andclearly demonstrated that they wanted me to have a positive experience. Looks like I'll be going to this Starbucks from now on. Read more

Finally understand why so many bad reviews on this store. I got kick out with no explanation from a old lady staff then I guess... might be my dog got scared and barked for 0.5 second. Sorry my dog barks but you should explain to me not just kick yourcustomer out :) I rather drive further to other Starbucks and never come to this store again. Rudest Starbucks I have ever seen! Drink coffee here at your own risk. I ordered a coffee here yesterday (06/09/2022) and it gave me food poisoning. I am still... recovering from it. They do not check the expiration dates on their creamers. Do not order a coffee here unless you are willingto roll the dice because there is a decent chance it will make you sick. Personally, I don't want to 'roll the dice' whenever Iam ordering from a restaurant. You are better off going somewhere else that checks their expiration dates. If you care aboutyour health at all, avoid this Starbucks. Read more

Impeccably clean, fast, and a terrific atmosphere. John is astounding with guest service, and will undoubtedly reach and surpass... any goals he makes with the company. Jackie is a truly wonderful barista, very polite and well mannered, and all of the staff isclearly happy and always helpful. The best coffee shop in town, hands down. 10/10 would recommend. Read more
