Everytime I visit UF I have to stop here! Employees are always super sweet and food always made to perfection.
Customer service is horrible.... unacceptable..... if you don't like working for customers stay home ???????????
This is the dirtiest Subway I have ever seen and I told them so. The worst part is that it is in a hospital. This food is... probably being fed to sick people. There was gunk all along the edges of the ingredients. I could see the bacteria multiplyingas I waited. The ingredients were wilted and mixed. They were out of the most popular cheese and the cheeses were sitting inwater. They didn't close the oven when toasting and for the first time ever, I received a burnt Subway sandwich. The worker wasrude and basically acted as if she was doing me a favor by taking my order. Did not even ask me questions, I had to try toremember all of the questions. This past Friday around 1:40 p.m. I went in to get a sandwich. And I must say you guys have the most unprofessional staff... working during this time that I have ever encountered at a subway. Just a simple Act of constructing the sub which they arehired to do seemed like a tedious job for them. They literally threw the ingredients on to the sandwich. And then they made somesnide remark when I asked for some more olives. Something to the nature I think you have enough. If they're unhappy with theirjob then why don't they just quit and go find something else to do. But as I said before this is by far the most unprofessionalSubway establishment I've ever been to.
