I?ve been here twice now to dine in, and have had to wait SOOO long for my food. This place has POOR MANAGEMENT. I?m sitting... here now. I?ve been here 20 minutes with my husband and toddler and they haven?t served us or any of the other two customersthat have been here the whole time. There are only two employees here. Put more bodies in here so people will like this TacoBell, including me, and so they can have time to change their mop bucket more. It smells horrible. The girl here made our foodamazingly, and felt bad so it?s obviously not the employees fault. Read more
Whatever staff was working the late night of 8/16 / early morning 8/17 was incredible. The guy on window was amazing and my food... came out hot and fresh. I havent had this positive of a drive thru experience in a while. Whatever these guys are being paid itshould be more, they are hard working and great at their jobs. Read more
Brought a homeless women in there that was quite obviously high or drunk to get out of the heat and get her belly full and... hydrated. Staff was rude and judgemental. Even questioning my very well behaved service dog. It continued on to otherrestaurants on the same road and will be reflected in other reviews. These people are cruel and don't care if a person needs ahand up. Read more
They are very understaffed which I completely understand but that doesn?t have too equate for bad service and plain rudeness. ... They didn?t have any of the sauces , napkins or forks out , nor was the self serve drink area open . The food is double theprice of most Taco Bell?s. They ask at the kiosk how many sauces you would like and give you half of that , no napkins . Didn?tgive enough forks for our order, didn?t give us our cups, I had too go back to counter and wait too be acknowledged for the 3rdtime and wasn?t given the right size ordered and they were empty had to ask for them too fill them . I have been through this drive through more times than I would like to admit. However, today, I had a great experience. It was... nothing out of the ordinary, but the woman at the drive-through window was SO polite. She was helpful, and kind, and she smiledthe entire time she was serving me despite being extremely busy. Just wanted to make sure that I gave ?kudos? to her, although Ididn?t catch her name. I attempted to call back a couple of times to tell her thank you. But I did not get connected.Regardless, she should be recognized for her awesome service today! Read more
I give this Taco Bell two stars for their uncleanliness and unfriendliness. First of all the bathrooms were disgusting with... paper towels spilling out of the trash can. The restaurant wasn?t much different. The tables weren?t clean and there was trashon top of and underneath the tables. We ordered our food and after we got it we found tons of things wrong such as missingtomatoes on the Mexican pizza and the toasted cheddar chalupa was burnt! The drink machine was broken and they didn?t have anycondiments out. We got refills from the back but instead of using the cup we had they gave us new cups and told us to throw theold ones away for safety. We don?t recommend as this isn?t the best Taco Bell location. I don?t usually eat at these kind of places, and especially wouldn?t give 5 stars, but the food was fine, selection choices good... with plenty of vegetarian options, but the 5 stars is for Phyllis J! What an exceptional person. I hope Taco Bell knows theyhave a top quality staff member and treat exceptionally! It?s just the way she greeted me so kindly, handled my questions withthe absolute best customer service, had my delicious meal ready so quickly and earnestly asked if I needed anything else andwished me a wonderful day. I think She can run a business and staff would be delighted to be there and thrive! Read more
