The girl working the drive thru was super rude. She told me to order when I was ready and when I went to go order, she got super... rude and snappy with me and said "ugh, you can wait." Even my husband was caught off guard. Once I commented on her being rudeshe continued to be obnoxious. I truly hope her day gets better. I understand people struggle, but in this day and age, everyoneis struggling with something. No need to spread hate to others. I genuinely hope she finds joy and peace. Read more
I purchased a Crunchwrap supreme $ It seemed pretty flat. After one bite I noted that there was zero lettuce or tomatoes in... that bite & I couldn?t see any either. When I expressed my discontent to the manager that it?s nothing like the picture, sheexplained the picture was meant to sell product & what you get is based on weight not the picture! She opened my Crunchwrap infront of me (with an arrogant attitude) at the front counter to show me there was some of both in the meal. It seemed to containabout 1.5 tbs of lettuce & less than a tsp of tomatoes. She took it & made me a new one. The remake was good. I went to thefront to thank her as she walked by & she just ignored me. The rest of our order was good. The restaurant was clean. Read more
When asked at drive thru, do you want to round up for something, my response was NO! I pull to the drive through and get no... change, no receipt, and a confused look when I ask for my change. I get home and instead of a Chicken Burrito Supreme, there isno chicken in it. I should have known better than to eat here. This country is NOT getting better. Customer service isnon-existent. Yeah you would think hey! This place is new maybe standards are up WRONG! Seems like they pulled the worst employees from the... other Taco Bell?s around and put them into one !! I went in with a HUGE order around 10:45 a.m. The woman at the register was SO nice! She even helped me to my car. They made my... food very quickly and accurately. I haven't had any good Customer Service in a very long time now so I was very surprised andhappy. I will go to this Taco Bell from now on. Read more
