Pretty good food and have always had an exceptional customer service experience here. Was there a couple months ago and when... they couldn't give me one drink because it was out, they gave me extra of another one. Super nice. Plus cool lighting. Sad to say that the service has been getting a bit worse at this Tflats location. Orders have taken a really long time to get... out the past few times I?ve been. The food is always great and the people are super sweet, but it seems like they might beunderstaffed each of the recent times I?ve been. Atmosphere is awesome as in most of the Tflats locations. Always slow geeting your food out. Today waited for 20 minutes after my pick up time for my online order and this is not the... first time. They use to be better but have gone downhill lately. The boy at the counter was one of the slowest people I've ever seen. 0 sense of urgency, didn't care at all that people were... waiting. Took his sweet time doing everything. I waited 20 MINUTES and there we're only 3 parties ahead of me. Absolutelyridiculous. I've worked in the public service industry for 15 years and even if I hated my job, I did it well. I was so close toleaving but I was so hungry and didn't want to figure out something else. No acknowledgement of how long it was taking. No,sorry I'll be right with you. Absolutely horrible.
