Sad to say that the service has been getting a bit worse at this Tflats location. Orders have taken a really long time to get... out the past few times I?ve been. Always slow geeting your food out. Today waited for 20 minutes after my pick up time for my online order and this is not the... first time. They use to be better but have gone downhill lately. Prices are comparable to a full sit down Tex-mex restaurant, but the portions are smaller and you don?t get all you can eat... chips. Had to order a dessert for our table to share to really fill up. Read more

The boy at the counter was one of the slowest people I've ever seen. 0 sense of urgency, didn't care at all that people were... waiting. Took his sweet time doing everything. I waited 20 MINUTES and there we're only 3 parties ahead of me. Absolutelyridiculous. I've worked in the public service industry for 15 years and even if I hated my job, I did it well. I was so close toleaving but I was so hungry and didn't want to figure out something else. No acknowledgement of how long it was taking. No,sorry I'll be right with you. Absolutely horrible.
