I was being charged $2.97 for a cup of ice water 1 small 1 medium what happened to water being free these days. I go in and buy... gas from here all the time I use their facilities everything and to be charged for a cup of water is ridiculous especially$2.97. Went this morning...only person in line and ended up waiting over 25 minutes for one of their specialty coffees and a sandwich. ... Two "workers" standing around not doing anything. Mismanaged to the max, uncaring, and rude if you say anything about theridiculous wait time (I was told that I could speak to their manager, who was standing around not doing anything as well). Started out strong but the quality has gone down. The drinks are hit or miss. Just paid $4 for a strawberry smoothie with huge... chunks of ice in it and the iced coffee is either pretty good or terrible. No consistency. Used to go all the time overstarbucks but have stopped after too many bad drinks in a row. Read more
Okay gas station. But as far as Wawa-s go (consider their average standard across the nation), there's a lot to be desired here... (could be said the same for all of the Gainesville locations). They need to pay a little more attention to the details of a foodor drink order which is clearly outlined in the order, the items that their app would have would sometimes go missing from theirshelves (especially bakery items), & there's a consistent homeless situation on their benches where customers should be able tosit and grab a bite without having to have to shell out for panhandlers or other people's food (multiple experiences of my own,hopefully yours will be better). The food takes forever! I?ve had to ask for several refunds. Today I ordered grub hub pick up and they were still behind. Just... disappointing cause it?s the closest gas station. Gas only from now on. Jean and Josephine work behind the counter and aregreat. I have an extra star for them. Read more
Went for gas today, 1st pump didn't work so moved to a different one got my $60 of fuel of course no receipt. Go in and there's... one lady at one register with 6 people waiting. Took around 15min to get receipt. Crazy won't ever stop there again. Read more
