I had a promo offer for a free chicken sandwich from wingstop so I technically didn?t pay for this. The chicken sandwich had a... bunch of options for seasoning/sauce and the honey one was amazing. I was extremely surprised by how good the chicken sandwichwas. I?ll say it but to me it was better than any chick-fil-a sandwich i?ve had. The bread was super soft and lightly butteredand my actual chicken was slathered in sauce and a small amount of crispy. I think i would genuinely go back and buy another itwas that good. Placed an order on line and when I put in my credit card it said it was decline for address or zip code was wrong. I tried 3... times and it said the same thing. The charges showed up on my bank so I called the store to let them know about the charges. When I called I was eminently put on hold. After 20 minutes I decided to head to the store to speak to them about it. When Igot to the store and told the girl at the register that I was on hold for 20 minutes she started laughing at me. I told her notto laugh and then she picked up the phone to take an in coming call. I hung up the phone on her and then she decided to getsomeone, I guess he was the manger on duty. I told him about what happened with the website and my card and his response was wedon't handle that you have to call corporate or your bank. Then he asked when I was on hold so I had to tell him again whathappen. I showed him my charges for the order on my phone and he said again we don't handle that you have to call corporate oryour bank. Then he asked if I had the right store. I looked it up on my phone and it had 866 for the store number. He said yathat's us but we don't have no order for you. He never once apologized for the problem or ask if I wanted them to make it. WINGSTOP NW 16TH & MAIN GAINESVILLE - I went here for lunch at a super busy time on a Friday when they had their 5 free wing... deals. It may have taken a few extra minutes to get my order but man did this location season everything perfectly! They did notskimp on the dry rub flavors. They also know how to use the Cajun seasoning on those fries. I have ate out of here a couple of times. And it?s been a minute since I came back. This time around, half of my order was... missing, no seasoning on the bites and I had to wait over 20min to get everything remade. One of the cooks had the nerve toopen the box that I brought back and started sprinkling seasoning on it. Another lady came in after me and had a messed uporder and then received her remade order before me? The manager was polite and asked me what I would like to be done. People, great! service, great!, but chicken is black to the bone. My father told me that chicken that has a bone that is black... is old. Their is a different between old chicken and bruised chicken.
