This Wingstop location is one of the best and most consistent fast food restaurants I?ve ever been to. I?ve been going quite a... bit recently, and they have not once messed up my order. My food is always correct and hot. They have also never once been rude,which it seems is hard to find these days. The man who works at the front counter and the woman who I believe is the manager areboth very nice. The wings are expensive, but that isn?t their fault, they don?t make the prices. I eat out quite a bit and Ihave no issue spending money, Wingstop has been deserving of every dime I?ve spent there, keep it up! Read more
Do yourself a favor and don't order online and request delivery. Door Dash and Wingstop don't care if your food was delivered to... the wrong place. If you want to throw away money please place your order. I have literally went back and forth with bothcompanies about my refund and my displeasure of throwing 50.00 down the drain for days. They place the blame on each other allthe while still keeping your money ????. The manager told me that the Dasher took a picture of my order being dropped off. Thatdidn't mean he dropped my order to the correct apt if I'm sitting outside waiting for my order. No accountability from eithercompany. 50.00 gone. Read more
Just Ordered wings for the first time at wing stop. I cant have anything spicy so I just ordered the smoked hickory BBQ. If you... are like me and can?t have spicy foods due to gastro health issues, DO NOT order this sauce. It is super spicy and has alingering afterburn. I literally just ate them as I?m writing this review and I can not finish them. I can foresee possiblestomach problems after this. You guys should warn people that it?s spicy. Read more
Ordered online about 2 hours before I was going to pick up the 50 wings and 2 fries that I ordered. Showed up about 30 minutes... early and thought that would mean I would get them fresh. But instead, when we got there they had made the order when it wasplaced and it had been sitting for about an hour. Fries were cold and the wings were soggy. Read more
They clearly dont give a F here, but they deserve a F. Waiting an hour for a 20 minute order of 15 wings. After all that time... half my order came out barely sauced as if they just used what was last left over in the tossing bowl without adding more.Shameful. I will never eat here again. Some wings undercooked.... After waiting an hour.The employees care more about talking totheir friends than working. Employees and customers aplenty not wearing masks. Do better as a company. Every single time I order here they mess up the order. Either the wrong flavor or they forget something. The wings nor fries are... ever completely cooked. Even when I order them ?well done.? They get complaints all the time, so safe to assume they just don?tcare. The location on 16th is a way better location. I?d recommend going there, even if it?s out of you way! Read more
