Reduced to one star after getting cold tenders on a different occasion than the one described below? My food was decent, but I... waited 45 minutes for my order in the drive-through line, I don?t understand how they don?t have a system in place to streamlinethis, maybe use people to take orders of multiple cars like the way chick fil a has people walking though the lines. Definitely the nastiest Zaxby?s I?ve been to. The bathrooms were gross and didn?t have toilet paper or paper towels. The lobby... floor was covered in trash and dirt and when our food was done the girl threw it on the counter and said ?here goes your food?and walked off. Read more

IV never been to a place so rude before. I was over charged for my order , when I called in the phone to tell the young lady... that ,they over charged me and didn't give me the drink i asked for she got an attitude on the phone. So when I had to drive allthe way back to zaxbys. They were rude telling me the they didn't over charge me which they clearly did. Went here at like 9:40 before they close tonight at 10. Waited in line until 10:11 when I finally made it to the speaker. Then... they told me they closed and I wasted my time. A few nights before this, a similar issue happened except they said they couldn?tserve me because of staffing issues. No stars if I could. Zaxby's used to be THE place. Tonight, that was the most pathetic establishment I've ever experienced.... Trash all over the floor. No lids for drinks. No ice in EITHER machine. 30 minutes to wait for one order, just one meal. And 10of that was spent waiting for the child running the registry to give me my order, after she called me up to the counter for it.Literally called me then set the food on the back counter and proceeded to take two other people's orders. Today,my husband and I drove thru and ordered a zensational salad. I didn't get the Asian slaw, egg roll or the special dressing... that goes with the salad that comes with the salad. Picture of the ?chicken club? Ordered for ?curbside pickup? and got there to no curbside pickup and no lobby to pick up my... ordered which I had already paid for. So I called. I called 13 times. No one answered. I waited 20 minutes in the drivethru. I couldn?t even get a refund unless I waited in the line. The girls working couldn?t be bothered to ask for the name onmy order or say any thing other than ?let me get the drink.? One girl was just standing there, scrolling on her cellphone, onetaking orders, and one handing them out. Only the one putting orders into the computer was wearing a mask. My drink wasincorrect and this was the ?sandwich? I received. Not even worse the hassle of going back since I?d just have to wait in lineagain to get my money back.
