This review is based solely on my one and only experience with Zaxby's. I ordered the Cobb salad, which was disappointing for... the $10 price tag. Very little chicken and eggs and a whole lot of lettuce. We don't have Zaxby's I our neck of the woods, so after seeing sign after sign on the interstate we pulled into one. The chicken... sandwich is very good with very good French fries. The lady at the speaker told me it would be 45 min for 2 zax snack meals. (There was no one else in line, and still had 2 hours... till close) Decided to wait.. the food was VERY COLD (mind you it should?ve been somewhat fresh after waiting 35 min), the frieswere all small and looked like crumbs, the chicken was so small and very overcooked. Spent 40$ between 3 chicken finger mealsand a salad, waited way too long, terrible customer service, and all for cold, burnt food that is way below average. Visited the Zaxbys on Archer rd after work about 6 00 pm. We had somewhat of a wait .But I must say it was definitely the best... ???? I have ever had there.The chicken tenders were crunchy tender hot delicious and the fries were great also .Just wantedthese guys this group of workers did an amazing job . Read more
