The only place in oakwood I can go to at lunch time and get my food in less than 3 minutes and it is piping hot and fresh. A++... to the staff for making it so smooth and efficient. Read more
Since I had coupons for lunch sandwiches, I have walked in rather than delt through drive through. I have ordered 3 sandwiches... and French fries, came home just with two sandwiches. Very disappointing, since this was my first visit in this Oakwoodlocation. Wanted to go back the next day and complain, but got sick and accepted my loss. Ate here for lunch yesterday at 2pm. Since the restaurant was empty, the lunch rush was over and the tables should have been... clean, which they weren't. We cleaned the least-dirty booth we found. No one serviced the dining room while we were there, andwe had to ask for lids for our drinks since there were none out. The young lady who took our order was not at all friendly whenwe ordered, but by the time we left she was very pleasant and helpful (and even apologetic about the lids not being stocked) tous and to other customers. But we came for the food. The fish wrap was beyond delicious. So was the fish meal. Fries were hotand fresh -- overall, a delicious meal, as always. We'll be back soon! Read more

My local Arby's, it was clean and quick and staff were polite. Today, I tried the new diablo dare challenge. I got the chicken.... The food was hot and clearly fresh. I enjoyed the chicken and the heat was actually pretty decent. It's more a smokey heat versestraight out spicy. As I write this I can still feel the heat in the back of my throat. Over all, the new sandwich has a goodmouth feel. The chicken was crispy. Yes they do give you a small shake as well. I would order this again. Update 2022 Diablochicken sandwich. It is still pretty good and still pretty darn spicy. If you are looking for some heat I recommend it. Thechicken was nice and crispy. The actual sandwich pretty closely matches the picture.
