I couldn't be more disappointed. Went through the drive through this evening to get a spicey deluxe sandwich. I got my sandwich,... kind of, I guess. It was missing the top bun. Jose who took our order today on 9/17/22 around 5:40 PM had a really bad attitude. I asked him twice if he could please give us... a moment and he kept huffing and puffing trying to rush us to order our food. I understand it was dinner time on a Saturday buthis behavior was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. We haven?t been to any Chick-fil-A location in 5+ years so ittook us a moment to decide but we will definitely not return to this one! We would have left and gone to a different restaurantif it wasn?t for the long line and no other way out of the drive thru. We?ve spent almost $30 for two people, the food wasn?teven that great and they forgot an item. Read more
I'm sooo happy the inside is open again! I used the app to order and I received my meal fast. They brought it in a bag vs a... tray... The girl said she did not know why it was in a bag if I was eating inside. So maybe she could have put it on a tray andbrought it to me that way. But owells they don't teach people to be smart but just robots who do what they are told I suppose.The food was tasty and fresh. This is just my opinion on the matter. I am thankful for the service and hope we can teach ouremployees to be great and do their best in these hard times. Read more
It is the best chicken fil A I've ever had, and both the food and costumer service is top tier. The food also comes out insanely... fast and is given to you at your table, and they even go and ask you if you want sauces or refills. The people that work heredeserve a raise. Chicken is good, I really like that you can choose a soup, salad o sandwich or a combination, but what I like the most is the... service, they are always looking forward to serve excitingly, I appreciate that.
