Bottom line is that CRAZY bread is an appropriate name along with anything else associated with Little Caesars! One reason for... some of them being so short staffed probably has something to do with how hard it is to even get a job there. You can't evenapply online, but have to print out an application and then take it to the store and hope that the lobby is even open?? Guy in Drive thru was not friendly at all and could tell he didnt want to be at work. This was on a Sunday evening August 14th.... 20 minute wait had no pizzas ready and drive thru cars were driving off due to nothing was cooked. This location needs trainingon customer service(being nice and not letting YOUR bad day affect your job and how to run a store properly. Read more
This manager is really rude and shouldn?t be in his position. He doesn?t understand basic common courtesy or customer service.... My wife came in Saturday evening to pick up a 3 pizza carry out order she called in. She was told by a staff member it would be25 to 30 minutes. A few minutes later the manager came up front and was told we placed an order by phone. My wife said she paidfor it already. The manager said ?of course you have a receipt in your hand?. He said it in a very demeaning and condescendingmanner. This guy is really a rude person and should be nowhere near customers. I wish I could have been there with my wife. Read more
We order online for portal access so we don?t sit in a long drive through to have a note on the door to go through drive... through. This is very unprofessional and inappropriate. I have been sitting here 30 minutes while my food has been in the portaland now I have to wait longer. Read more
The pizza is good but customer service is always bad. Several times I've ordered online and then when I arrive the door is... locked. A sign will say working solo, even though after waiting 20+ minutes in drive thru, there is more than one person inthere. I get emails saying my pizza is ready but still have to wait at window. People working for door dash try to walk towindow to get their order ahead of you. We didn't let them, they need to wait like everyone else. The customers should take thatup with the manager. People should be at least be able to access the portal if they've already paid. The last severalexperiences there makes me want to go elsewhere for my pizza.... Read more
The absolute worst customer service ive ever had in my lifetime. Flat out racist behavior by the black lady working at 6pm may... 9th. Felt it was useless trying to talk to the manager after prior rude behavior by him. And its clear theyd all be happy withno customers at all. This place is one of the worst little Caesars I?ve been to. They straight up ignore customers in the lobby, purposely lock the... doors so nobody comes in, I mean it?s awful. Never a good idea to go to this location. The manager is extremely unprofessional and looks like he hates his life. Nothing is... hot n ready due to lack of training and care of employees. A hot n ready pepperoni take 25 to 30 minutes to get. When the modelis designed for quickly getting out. The oven cooks for 5min 45 sec average make-line can prep 2 to 4 pizza in 2.3 min. Not surewhat they have changed but the taste has went downhill as well. Better off going to any other pizza place but little caesars. Read more
