Okay so I went in last night, and the younger lady working was a complete sweetheart. Then all of a sudden an older Hispanic... lady starts yelling at her for not putting a tea container in the back, and she was seriously rude and I could tell humiliatedthe girl. The Hispanic lady should NEVER talk to an employee like that around customers, actually never at all. There?s a way totalk to people. There is an employee shortage right now, you think you?d treat people better. That poor girl went to therestroom and was crying. I hope she finds a job where she is respected? the date was October 6, 2022. Someone seriously needs todo something about the older lady yelling and treating her so poorly.. Read more

Went there a few times but never had a bad experience until the last visit. We always ordered through the drive thru and I had... asked for White rice and the girl who took our order put it down as fried rice. I tried to correct her 10 times and I ended uptelling her White as in the color White. Because whenever I said White rice she said fried rice. She finally changed it on thescreen after giving me an attitude but what they ended up doing was beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. They put fried ricein the container and covered it up with White rice. If I try to correct you more than once, don?t get upset with me if you don?twant to listen to your customer. Read more
Decided to try Panda Express on Friday around 3:15, food was not fresh, noodles were hard, and they had no egg rolls avaliable, ... I accepted the chicken egg roll when I got home with my food, I only had one chicken eggroll ! Now the lady was quick to tell meI had not given her enough money! It was only a quarter, but they shorten my food order and I know they realized it! I willnever support that particular site again! Read more
Worst panda express I've been too. I've dealt with teenagers running the kitchen and most the time they fast and efficient but... my goodness is this the worst group I've seen. The manager is like a mom who lets her kids run over her. They don't listen andthey don't want to communicate with each other. Got a crab ragune with no crab three times. The only one who did Thier job wasthe cook and he also had to hear a customers complaint about another worker isn't that the managers job. Food is the only decentthing here. Read more
The customer service is lacking. Employees who seem bothered to assist you. There is no sense of welcoming. I said thank you and... the guy completely ignored me. I will not go back to a place and spend hard earned money to get an attitude for ordering food. Iasked for no vegetables in the chow mien and all she did was push them to the bottom to deceive a customer. I will be contactingthe corporate office to lodge and official complaint. It was ok.. I work near by and walked in for lunch. I've definitely had better Chinese in the past but I have also had worse
Great food not as hot as other locations but still tasty. Only thing is maybe the associate making the food should have gloves... on. Especially if they put their finger inside the bowl or container. Thank you Read more
