Have gotten takeouts periodically over the past couple of years with good food and service. However after trying to eat our... $40.00 order tonight, food was was poor to say the least. Salsa tasted like tomato sauce. Grilled chicken had probably beensalted twice. All we could eat was the rice and beans. Will not order from there again until someone tells us Pueblos food hasimproved ! Read more

We live close to this restaurant and are frequent visitors never really having a terrible experience. However, today was... different. I never write reviews good or bad but todays service was so bad I have to share. Our waitress seemed good at firstbut almost immediately asked for our order without asking about cheese dip or appetizers. (We had just sat down and we?re notready) Then she did not come back for 10-15 minutes and we had to request to order as she seemed preoccupied. She didn?t writethe order down which is not a big deal but she didn?t say back our order and seemed preoccupied so needless to say we wereworried it would be wrong. Sure enough. The food got sent back about 4 times before it was right and we waited on a missing itemfor another 10 minutes or so. The food was average at best. We live close by and used the frequent the restaurant often. However, each time the service has gotten increasingly worse. I... like the food- it?s not the best I?ve had, but it?s not bad. However, I will never be back due to the service. We sat down, thewaitress took our drink order, came back & we ordered a cheese dip and then we waited probably 10-15 mins. She asked if we wereokay, and we said we wanted to order. She didn?t write a single thing down- I used to serve, so I thought maybe she would get itbut I was weary. Our food came out, and not to my surprise WRONG. Not just 1 time, but FOUR times my meal came out wrong- andshe?s still not writing the order down. Had the audacity to say she wouldn?t charge me for a food item that came with my meal-bc she was wrong on the meal I was ordering. Señor fiestas will continue to get my service. First and foremost. The restaurant is very quaint and the employees put their efforts in to make sure you have a clean... environment great welcoming service and good food. 1st time here since we just moved here recently the ppl who owned our house b4 we bought it recommended this place and omg sooo... good and authentic. Definatly found our new mexican restaurant. Staff super friendly. Huge menu so tons of options. Great sweettea too Southern n sweet. Read more

This was a quick stop on our way to a friend's for the night as we were on our way back home to Florida. Just something to eat.... What a wonderful surprise. Excellent food but most surprising was the customer service we received in our drink order beingtaken by the Manager. Awesome tasting Margaritas the way. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Moses. Moses has excellentcustomer service skills. Knows the menu so did not need to write down the order, sometimes this unnerves me but all turned outwell. Smiled, laughed joked with us tired travelers not too much though let us eat. Brought homemade guacamole that wasexcellent as well and we spoke of similar backgrounds. They are going to lose him eventually to the medical field where hispatients are going to remember him for the same reasons we did. Moses is an asset to Pueblos for as long as he is there. We willbe back in the Spring and will stopping for the food and hopefully to say hi to Moses. Read more

Staffs are friendly.. Food is tasty.. The place is visible from outside main road.. Waiting time is moderate.. Parking space is... good.. Chicken was dry.. The food is worth of the cost.. We would definitely go to this restaurant.. Read more
