This location is very poorly managed. Place an order on the Taco Bell APP at 6:00 P.M., pay for your food on the APP, arrive at... the restaurant location and it is closed (third time that this has happened). Restaurant closing time on the APP is 12:00 A.M.and the restaurant closing time on Google is listed as 9:00 P.M.. Four other customers arrived at the restaurant while I wasthere. Now I have paid for food that I have not received. One of the other times that they closed early they told me to driveacross town to another Taco Bell location after my order was received and paid for at this location. Read more
I would have given this a zero but the food was good. The problem is that this location had 5 people working behind the... counter although one was sitting in the dining room talking to someone. As soon as we walked in the door they told us we wouldhave to order from the kiosk as they had a shortage of staff. My husband said he would just like to order from the counter butthey said it was "against corporate policy". I used the kiosk but had to do it twice because I was told it didn't go througheither time. I told them it said on the kiosk to advance to the counter and pay. We paid cash. Went couple weeks ago, got in line for drive thru.. line was long in front an behind us. As we got to the speaker we were... informed that the took last order and was now closed... they still had about two hours left until closing according to postedhours. So we had to wait until last ordercwas given to get out of the drive thru to go back into town to get food. Read more
I've tried to get breakfast there 2 time in the past 2 weeks and they weren't open. The first it was 7:05a, and I was like ok... maybe their staff is running late. This morning I went in the drive thru around 8:30a and they had a sign on the drive thruspeaker saying closed. Are they out of business? I like that they have the kiosks there if the crew is occupied to take orders at the counter. I think the menu has gotten better... than before years ago and this location is very convenient. Good service. So I have no quarrels. Thanks for the good food anddrinks. Read more
The employees were nice enough when they told me to dine in I needed to use the kiosk to order my food. The kiosk is not very... user friendly. The ac in the dining room was not even on until well after we sat down. It took 15 minutes to get our food andan additional 5 to get my drink. I will not be going back. Read more
Order was completely wrong. Person at the window was rude didnt speak and acted like it was an inconvenience when we asked for... sauce. The tacos we did get were so smashed we needed a fork to eat them. Read more
Waited over 30 mins in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the window they asked me 3 different... times if I had Paid but yet hadn't made my drinks yet. Very frustrating they were that worried about the payment not the job Read more
