Got dinner tonight, and I am very disappointed. They no longer offer a complimentary gravy with your family chicken strips, and... they now charge for sauce, which I can deal with, but after eating a bite I realize that that they have stopped seasoning ingeneral! I find it hilarious that they are building a new restaurant while they stop giving loyal customers a reason to comeback. Read more

Waited in line in drive-thru, placed my order, 36.??no go home. I opened order and found the spicy strips to hard to eat... (ordered 7 piece half and half) gravy barely warm 1 reg strip was actually hot. I ordered 8 pieces, all dark family meal; itwas barely warm, no mashed potatoes or gravy that I ordered for my side, and it was a mixed order not all dark. I called andreported missing items. Said they would replace on next visit. Don't know when that will be unless something changes. Giving a2 only because tea and rolls were good! Read more
