First time at this establishment..... NOT impressed!!!!!!! Very very sweet to sweet... does this coffee have coffee???? You... can\'t taste it if it has coffee in it and one of the drinks had a shot of expresso in it still no coffee taste. Overly pricedfor non-coffee coffee... we travel alot and like to try small town coffee\'s this coffee you can get at any QT but cheaper. Wealso ordered a strawberry Frappuccino it had no red color what so ever and no strawberry taste to it but it tasted like coffee.I wouldn\'t recommend cause it don\'t taste like coffee and the prices compared to other places are way way higher\nThe insidewas beautiful, the smell was fabulous, the staff was very nice and that\'s the reason you got any stars at all....\nTo theowner: I seen the other reviews..... you can have knowledge of coffee all day long but don\'t mean you know how to make thecoffee. Reviews are for the customer to tell how they like or don\'t like an establishment not for the owner to come back and berude.\nCompared to Starbucks\n3 large with 2 shots of expresso $18\nThis place.... same drinks same Size 1 shot of expresso $27and some change. Had the great pleasure to meet the owner of Combs coffee and attend my first tasting class. My husband and had a wonderful time... and learned so, so much! I am obsessed with coffee and it made my heart so happy to meet someone who is so passionate and soinvested in creating the best quality coffee possible while educating and sharing knowledge with the community and others.Having worked in coffee myself, I would like to think that I can tell what coffee is good quality and what coffee just has sweetsyrup that makes the drink desirable. Let me just say that Combs has GOOD quality coffee. It is so tasty and if you like blackcoffee, his beans are very good quality and the taste is just chefs kiss. If you like lattes, their seasonal drinks are to diefor and I really like their orange syrup. So unique, fragrant and delicious. For every cup you buy, you are supportingsustainable and fair trade coffee. They are run on solar power and have wonderful mason jars to take home coffee beans. Theyeven have hot and cold cups that are... Wait for it. Biodegradable?! My dream! Anyways I can?t say enough good things about thisgem. I\'m just so glad that something high quality has come into town in Gainesville. I wish nothing but the best for combs andcannot wait to see how they grow and how they bring value to the town. By far the best selection of coffees I have ever seen in one place! picked up the 2019 Mexican cup of excellence beans and a... Thailand natural process. The staff is awesome they even made the two I bought as espresso for us and they where excellent! Read more

This is my second time at Combs\' & I am in love! I grew up drink very strong Italian coffee and their stuff is so flavorful and... bold. The first time I got the biggest hot vanilla laté, & today I ordered a cold brew with a pump of vanilla. The barista wasworried since it was made fresh last night that it maybe really strong. I don\'t think little old Gainesville truly appreciates this establishment enough.\n\nNot only is this a great coffee shop with... craft beer and fresh beans to take home with you. But the owner is making great strides into supporting and growing thecommunity.\n\nI\'ll buy beans from them as long as we are both around, I have yet to taste better.
