Nancy did everything reasonable to give us a good experience. Most everything was fine ... what sticks in my craw was the... toast: dry and the person who brought it did not bring butter, jam nor jelly. My grandson, however, was glad to "steal" toastoff grandpa's plate: so it was enjoyed anyway. Other than the toast, food and service were very good. Read more
From time walked in the door to a line with no hostess to be seen... 15 minutes before a hostess showed up. Then got seated...... everyone around us got served, while we sit here with no service whatsoever, no drink order nothing. Another 20 minutes andanother waitress finally asks if we have been served... and goes and finds the waitress for our section. 2 coffees took another5 minutes to get to our table. Food took another 30. My coffee ran out, never refilled as the waitress never showed back up.Food showed up wrong. Just horrible horrible experience. Read more
We got there at a very busy time and were prepared to wait but were seated ok. One waitress was rude as usual and the other just... didn't give a care. Going to keep to myself my opinion as to why. We were there way too long to not receive two meals orderedwhile the rest were delivered and people were coming and going while we sat there. My husband and friend had to leave as theirfood was no where in sight and they had plans. My family didn't want to eat theirs while these two never got their meals. Theservice is never good but is getting worse. I love the food here but will not go back again. Read more
We had our grandson with us and he likes IHOP. I should have read the reviews for this restaurant first. After a long wait at... the front, we were seated. Our table was dirty. We sat and waited for our server for 10 minutes. It was clear that they wereunderstaffed. There were dirty dishes on most of the tables around us. When our server took our order, I asked for our tableto be cleaned. After a while I went to the server station and asked for a cleaning towel. They went out and cleaned ourtable. The food arrived after about 20 minutes. The food was good. I will not eat at this IHOP again and do not recommend it. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would but only giving a 2 because our waitress was trying the best she could given the unfortunate... circumstances she was having to work with. We waited 15 minutes to be seated before we were acknowledged. We should have takenthat as a sign and just walked out but we were very hungry and didn't have many other breakfast options. The place was filthy,out of a lot of items we tried to order and the kitchen staff was downright rude to the waitresses. We even heard the employeesarguing amongst themselves. The only good thing about our visit was our waitress. She seemed to be the only one trying andworking her butt off to keep the place going. Read more

The server was doing her best to keep up with the amount of people that were coming in. Like every place they're all... short-handed. The food came out and it was lukewarm so I was a little disappointed in that. Other than that it was fine. Read more
Do not eat at this IHOP it is the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant pick up! First let me start off by saying... the waitress who answered the phone today was absolutely horrible disrespectful and simply rude! I checked in when I got there Iwaited 10 minutes in the parking lot I decided to call and see what was going on the waitress who answered the phone had thenerve to tell me my order was ready and it had been ready that I needed to come in the store and get it? What in the world?Where do they do that at? This IHOP that's where! I explained to her I had my son with me who did not have shoes on and that Iwould refuse to leave him in the car by his self and that is exactly why I ordered curbside pickup. That woman had the nerve tohang up on me? Like seriously? Then the lady who finally brought me my food was supposed to get the manager for me needless tosay I waited another 15 minutes and then drove off. I have been a manager of three separate restaurants and I would never havemy crew ran like this!
