We sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes without anyone responding to all 4 cars waiting. The employees were clearly inside at... this 24/7 location and chose to ignore everyone! Want be back, drove 20 minutes off the highway for nothing. I would give youguys negative stars if I could. Read more

Just went thru drive thru for breakfast for my family ordered my food got to window checked my order was missing 1 sandwich and... 3 hashbrowns the girl that took order got attitude took bag grabbed 4 hasbrowns which were cold gives me bag back still missing1 sandwich points at screen says I only asked for 2 sandwiches told her I didn't have a problem paying for what I ordered paidgot told to move to front I asked for manager and got told by employee the manager wasn't there yet not happy with service. Every time I have gone to this Jack in the box it is always a very long wait. Service is not very friendly, when ordering... through drive-thru. Haven't been inside don't know if it would make any difference in the timing. Read more

My receipt shows that Benita was my cashier through the drive thru. She left part of my order out of the sack so I had to drive... 3 miles back to the store. Once inside she peeked her head around the corner laughing that she missed part of my order. Theygave me the missing item which by this time my other items were cold. I asked for a gift card to help cover the gas going backbecause this was no fault of mine. I was offered a piece of cheesecake and of course I declined as I can?t have the sugar beingdiabetic. The employees are extremely unprofessional and rude. They need to shut this place down and start over with employeeswho care about giving good customer service. I will not waste anymore of my money at this establishment. Read more

The food is good when it makes it to your bag. If something is missing....make sure and bring in your bag with your receipt to... show them. Otherwise they treat you like a criminal for requesting your missing item. We honestly hardly go to this locationbecause if it anymore. I understand mistakes being made but I don't understand the bad customer service and mistreatment over asimple mistake they made. This location will improve when there customer service does. Lines are long during lunch time and instead of picking up orders they?re in there laughing and have the radio full blast i... understand ?making work fun? but at least pay attention to what they?re doing! I ordered tacos and got Egg rolls instead andthey always mess up on my fries.. wish they got better workers it?s always the same one?s that mess up orders. Read more
