Manager NEEDS TO BE TRAINED TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE (CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES). VERY RUDE WHEN I ASKED WHY PEOPLE WHOM ORDERED UP TO... 15 MINUTES AFTER I ORDERED WAS LEAVING WITH THEIR ORDER SHE BLEW UP AT MY AND ACTED LIKE SHE WAS THE VICTIM. As if closing at 9pm on a Saturday night isn't strange enough, apparently this location stops taking orders through the app at... 8pm, so I called. After the phone rang for 15 minutes without an answer I hung up & went to the store to do it in person. At8:28pm I was told it was too near to closing time to place an order. The moral of the story: if you're looking for a job thatrequires no effort on your part, apply here! Read more
I?m super disappointed about this location here. I called yesterday 25 mins before closing they told me to hold and they never... came back to the phone. From experience with this location I knew I wasn?t going to be able to order so I hung up. I calledagain today and placed an order again and let me just say not impressed. Robin took my order when I called. I had my son pickedup the pizza and when he got home the cheese pizza was dry. It looked like it was sitting there for a long time. I know pizzahas to have a lifetime and the time on that pizza was up. For spending almost 30 dollars and me calling and me telling themabout my pizza. The only thing Robin said she could do for me was to take it back after I was at work. And they were about toclose it?s Ridiculous! Never Again! They need better customer service that?s for sure. Need to hire more people!!! Can?t hire more people? Raise your wage. If you can?t afford to pay more than $15 an hour then you... can?t afford to have a business. Also I been waiting for 20 minutes to order because no cashier or they probably had cashiersmaking pizza. Can't seem to get anyone to pick up the phone just got a pizza and wasn't done waited 20 min for a raw pizza manager was hiring... 3 people at 6 pm while flirting with one of them.
