No one at the counter, so had to use a machine. A girl came out with a broom and I asked if they took cash, she said at the... counter...then proceeded to disappear. We did get to pay cash but didn't get our drinks, before the meal came out, although shemade them and we could see them. The alarms in the kitchen were going off, but no one was turning them off, makes for a greatexperience if you like hearing alarms. The floor is freshly swept because the girl made sure to sweep it up around our table,while we were eating. Call me "old-fashion" because I want someone to take my order. This was not an experience I will betrying again. I get it, some people like it and some don't, I just prefer a different experience. Read more
I asked for a 3$ bundle,.. Double cheese burger No cheese or pickles. Only ketchup and extra onions. And, at the window, I asked... for hot mustard. They fixed my cheeseburger, But, it was PLAIN.. Bun, meat and no sauce. And, I never got my hot mustard. Read more
Filled out the review survey but haven't heard anything, nuggets tasted like they'd been under the warming lamp for over half an... hour or something. Tried to salvage them by re cooking them in our air fryer with a bit of oil but I guess even that can't workmiracles. They were soggy yet tough and tasted like rubber. Worse experience ever. Took forever to get my food even though I ordered on the app. Then I get home to finally sit down to eat... after a long days work to find my order is wrong. I asked for tomatoes on my chicken sandwich that you charged me extra for tofind out that it didn?t get put on my sandwich even though it was marked added tomatoes. My fries where cold and soggy and DrPepper had no syrup it. Y?all need to step up your game the only good things about my experience was the young kid working thedrive thru window. He was very polite and well mannered so 5 stars to the kid working the window the only thing you have goingfor yourselves. Read more
I'm not a big McDonald's person, but considering late night options were slim pickings while traveling... I also order a burger... which is something I don't eat from McDonald's...ever! But I am so glad I did. The food I received was the best food yet fromany McDonald's. Hats off to those cooks. Our food was perfect. Read more
I'm not paying 15$ for 4 large fries,I was grilling and wanted fries...But not for that price. I drove on through,got fries at... the dollar tree for a 1.29, and put them in the air fryer that I took outside. I know things are going up...But they are justpotatoes after all and it's suppose to be convenient for us. Thanks anyway Mickey D,I'll start cooking at home. Read more
They redid the inside and they've taken away the drink machines straws etc. You have to ask them for refill at the counter and... they're never at the counter. You have to place your order off of this new menu board thing. The dining room is half the size itused to be. The TV is gone. Took them forever to get our dine in order and when we received it everything was cold. 2 of the 4burgers were made wrong. Read more
Was on a long drive and wanted breakfast before it was over. I was in the drive thru for quite awhile then placed my easy order... (meal #2) and hot my total from the screen. Since I had time to wait I was able to gather exact change BUT when I finallyreached the window to pay I was asked for a completely different amount almost $2.00 more. I was trying to question and confirmmy order but was met with a "I'm not going to dispute this with you" basically cancel your order or pay up. I was hungry andtired so I chose to pay up. Since when does a number 2 breakfast cost $8.00? The sandwich was very good. Read more
