We?re staying At winstar and thought it would be a better bag for our buck to get Pizza Hut instead of the pizza at the hotel.... Boy were we wrong. The pizza had no tomato sauce was very thin for an hand tossed pizza and the kids agreed. It was the worstpizza. Read more

They never and I mean never answer their phone... they are always forgetting something wether it be sauces or full on pizzas per... delivery. Oh and they do not participate in none of the featured online deals, be sure to order in an hour or so before vou needit, because you'll be lucky to receive it in a timely manner. Don't get me started on the cheese bread, literally where is thecheese, it's like bread sticks with a sprinkle of burned cheese. Oh and if they forget something they'll literally tell yousorry it'll take another hour to get it to you, sorry we forgot your pizza I hope you aren't hungry because we are just going tocredit it. The food was great. The cashier forgot to give me my pizza though. I ordered. She told me 10 to 15 minutes. I went to my car for... ten minutes and then came in and sat down waiting. Some lady came in and ordered 3 personal pan pizzas and one medium pizza. Shegot her food first. As an afterthought she opened one of those heat bags and handed me my pizza. She needs better customer careservice. Read more

The "manager" and "GM" were of no help... They made our pizza wrong and APPARENTLY Their receipt says the pizza was "supposed"... to have sauce, yet our Uber Eats receipt says NO SAUCE AND the receipt we got with the pizza says NO SAUCE. Then the "manager"said she and the GM wouldn't give us the franchise owners name or number, the "General manager" never even spoke to us directlyAND the recording they play says they guarantee a "perfect pizza every time." Nobody at the store took ANY accountability oreven ATTEMPTED to make it right. I have a screenshot of the receipt I would ABSOLUTELY LOVE to send to the franchise owners andhope they will make this right and honor their "perfect pizza every time" guarantee!. The "manager" and the "gm" are BOTH inSERIOUS NEED of customer service training and training on how to actually care about their customers, as well as coaching onmanners and how to treat their guests. If I don't hear back from the franchise managers I will not only post about ourexperience on EVERY SITE where people can review businesses, NONE of the people I know in Gainesville will be shopping with thisstore either and they will all be leaving reviews about this experience and how devoid this establishment is of honoring theirword. Our word to others is supposed to mean something, otherwise our word means NOTHING which is bad enough as people; buteven FAR worse for a business. I apologize if this review seems pointed, but I have never been as disrespected as i was tonightwhen I was simply calling to ask them to fix THEIR mistake. I had no issues with the service as such. It's just that the place didn't look really welcoming. It felt understaffed. There was... one waitress for pick up and for serving. She was sweet. But the place looked sad. Food was okay. Nothing mind blowing. We wentto the place at about 640pm on 21st april. So please let that person know she did a good job. Read more
