The Gainesville Sonic on California is horribly slow. They took 5 minutes to answer after the Red Button was pushed. I had... ordered on the app and couldn't get it to check in. I changed to the next stall which allowed my check-in. Another car parked inthe stall we had left and ended up leaving due to no answer. The drinks of came out with another 10 minutes later (two or threeminutes after the screen said Michael is on the way with your order). They didn't even have the correct lids. This seems to bethe norm with this Sonic location. We'll keep going out of our way to the Sonic on North Grand in the future. Read more
Just walked up to the Gainesville Sonic to get the mozzarella cheese sticks special that they texted me, and they told me that... special was only good if you order through the app, which the text message says nothing about that, so if that is indeed thecase, they need to make that more clear in the text message!! ???? Terrible service. Brittany rushed my order, cutting me off mid-sentence, refusing to give us marinera; claimed they were out... stock after I paid and tipped her (although I ordered the marinera when placing my order.) Sad to say I won?t be back to thissonic. Typically I refrain from writing reviews, however I have had several terrible experiences with Brittany. DO NOT GO TOTHIS SONIC!!!! Read more
Ordered on the app, drove to the store, and checked in at a stall. Over 15 minutes go by, the screen and app say my food was... brought to me, and then I had to leave for work with no food and no way to cancel the order. Edit - You didn't disappoint me,just tell your employees to stop clearing the order before they actually give the customer the food. Read more
